3 times and order still not correct. AND I didn't order anything " special" it was supposed to be an XL hot vanilla latte.. very simple. Thru the drive- thru. Nope. Gave me wrong thing. I moved ahead. Went in to return, so as to not hold up the line. They gave me a " hot " cup. I left. Got to stop light. Nope. Wrong dri nk. The label on didn't even say what I'd ordered. I mean seriously. Not even correct donuts. I was to have churro donuts... not simple vanilla cake. Omg.

SERVICE GOT WORSE. The new hires are a problem. My coffee is not consistent it's $6 a coffee and I go 1,2 maybe 3 times a day. DO YOUR JOB. Or respectfully to the managers FIRE PEOPLE WHO ARENT WORTH IT. I go to DeKalb and sycamore in a day I'll start going to the DeKalb DD.This sucks for the employees who show up with a smile on their face and do their job correctly.I seriously love DD and hope the management does read these comments. Give them a trial period if they don't fit the job fire them KIDS ARE STARTING TO FEEL ENTITLED. But y'all have a business to run...I'm about to come help fix our local DD, send me an application ???

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for over a year now. The worker Heidi is one of the best workers I’ve ever encountered with at this location. She’s full of energy, smiles and very friendly. She makes coming early in the morning a great experience.

Expect them to get your order wrong 90% of the time. Lattes made without espresso or missing syrup or not decaf. For how expensive everything is I expect them to get it right at least most of the time, but I feel like I'm wasting my money every time I go here.

Girl running the drive through window in the morning with long dark hair, is incredibly rude. Acts like she has a God complex, they messed my drink up and demanded I give the messed one up but other employees told her no they re made it and to keep the messed one, don't know what power shift she's on but her attitudes every single day you see her...

I have been coming to this location for a long time. Sometimes twice a day. There is one employee that makes every experience less than enjoyable. She is a young girl with longer blondish hair. I should have asked her name today but since she doesn’t speak to you, avoids eye contact and basically throws your food and drink out the window it’s hard to have any communication with her. She is just unbelievably rude. The day before thanksgiving we ordered a few items when we got home the latte was ice cold. Tried to call 3 times with no answer. We went back later ordered more items and I mentioned the mishap that morning and said I tried to call. The same girl says, yeah well our phone lines are down so, if you would have come back we would have given you a new one. I told her I did not have time to come right back but I’m back now so I’d like to know what we can do. She says well we were really busy and training today so. I told her well that’s not my problem and if I pay $5 for a drink it should be made correctly. She shrugs her shoulders and said oh you’re here to another employee you deal with it. The other employee made a new latte and even though I didn’t need it and would have preferred to have my name taken down and a future credit applied I figured it was some kind of resolve. I came back this morning and spent $60 on donuts and coffee for family in town because I do think the manager (who is extremely helpful and hard working) and most other employees are generally kind and it is the closest location to my home. Later in the day I stopped in again to grab my son a latte on the way home and both the girl taking the order and the one throwing it out the window without a word have made me decide to never give that location another penny of mine. I don’t care if I have to drive further away to get my coffee without a side of attitude. Management, you need to be aware, the employees at this location and that one girl in particular are completely ruining the customers experience.

I've been coming to this Dunkin for about 3 years now and everyone is extremely friendly. I usually come here during my lunch break from work and they are always super fast and never mess up my order. I've been to multiple different Dunkin locations and this location never disappoints me.

All of the employees that I have seen that either work first thing in the morning or towards the end of the night like opening shift or closing shift act like they hate their jobs if you ask them a question they look at you like you like you're incompetent every single drink I've had has either been super sticky from the drizzle or part of the drink is spilling off the side of my cup and they do not care to clean it off this establishment has gone way downhill and it either needs to close or they need to get all new employees because this is really tarnishing their brand I used to love this place and really enjoyed the coffee but I refuse to go to this one because of how rude all of their employees have been for the past couple months. I absolutely suggest driving the extra 5 to 10 minutes to the one in DeKalb on Lincoln highway for better service.
