SERVICE GOT WORSE. The new hires are a problem. My coffee is not consistent it's $6 a coffee and I go 1,2 maybe 3 times a day. DO YOUR JOB. Or respectfully to the managers FIRE PEOPLE WHO ARENT WORTH IT. I go to DeKalb and sycamore in a day I'll start going to the DeKalb DD.This sucks for the employees who show up with a smile on their face and do their job correctly.I seriously love DD and hope the management does read these comments. I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for over a year now. The worker Heidi is one of the best workers I’ve ever encountered with at this location. She’s full of energy, smiles and very friendly. She makes coming early in the morning a great experience.

Great breakfast sandwiches, lots of choices. And coffee,if you want traditional or a wonderful specialty drink lots of options. Great service , fast and friendly staff. Always a delight! Also gift cards always please the recipient!!
