The employees were courteous and accommodating. I ordered a BBQ Bacon Burger and tator tots, it took a little while to come out, but it was hot and fresh when it did. Burger was cooked to order and the prices were reasonable for upscale fast food.

Asked for sauce on side, didn't get it. We both ordered bacon on our burgers, didn't get it. When we told the girl she took our trays and brought us back the burgers with bacon that was SO burnt it was literally black. I said wow.. I'm not eating that and she just walked away. Did the cook or the server look at the bacon? I don't know anyone that would eat black charred bacon. We went back and got a refund, we won't ever return to wahlburgers at Hy-Vee ever again.. that's a promise. Shameful.

First off my Wahlburgers gift card would not work - she "thinks" maybe because it is a Hyvee Wahlburger not regular Wahlburger. Fried pickles were not crispy but soggy. Tator tots were all clumped together. Much to my surprise when I open the box for the burger there was no top bun. Waited at least 10 minutes for meal to come out. Very disappointing experience.

Ordered takeout tonight. We were nervous to try it because of the bad reviews. The Cashier was excellent! Very friendly young lady. The food was good!

I keep hearing this particular location might as well be nicknamed “Rawburgers”. Which is unfortunate, because I was looking forward to visiting. Now, I’m not so sure. Not even listed (as of 9/23/23) on their Whalburgers App.

I wanted to take my wife and son out for dinner and a movie. Special night since we don’t get out much. We each had a burgers (well done) and tots and also ordered a side of tots that had cheese and bacon.The order of tots that had cheese and bacon were $10 and wouldn’t have been enough to feed my 5 year old. Very small serving size.About half way through the meal my son (11years old) was saying how pink his burger was. He’s not one to complain about his food so I took a look. The burger was RAW. I took the burger back up to the counter and told the cashier. He then asked me what I wanted him to do about it. I told him to either make another one or give me my money back. He took the burger to the cook and the cook was mad I brought it back. He said he just shut the grill off and can’t make anymore food. It was around 8:15 pm and they close at 9pm. How do you turn your grill off almost an hour before you close? I got nothing but bad looks like I was the one in the wrong.They did refund me for the burger but I will never go back to that location.

I waited 40 minutes for my burger and when they brought it, they forgot the side, so about 45 minutes in and out the door. The food was ok but a little undercooked.Really just not worth the price or the wait.

The burger was tasty and the person at the counter worked with me to customize the burger and change toppings without adding any cost. The staff was friendly and responsive. The food came out quickly, hot, and cooked just right. The seating area was big and in great shape. Definitely recommend it!

Nothing to say.. food is poorly plated...sat with dirty dishes on table while the trivia game was being played. Food was marginal. More expensive than a nice sit down restaurant. Won't be back, sorry Hy-Vee.

Restaurant was not busy, service was terrible. Did not receive everything we ordered, when waitress delivered food to the table, she was told of the missing items and grunted ok and never came back. Burgers were good, but onion rings were cold. Very disappointed in this location as we have had great experiences at other locations.

OMG, went there to treat wife to a new restaurant. Got burger, sloppy joe, 2 drinks, 32.05! wife wanted to leave but I said lets try it. First there was no customers or employees at all! We had to go get a Hyvee emp to find a waitress. She finally showed up but was pissed. Cheeseburger was very small and had no GOVERNMENT CHEESE on it at all. You had to get your own drinks and they tasted watered down, Burger bland, sloppy joe was as if it was cardboard sitting in an inch of water. The crap was sitting on a piece of bread, you don`t even get a bun. I gagged loudly after about the 4th bite and it came back up! My wife said that every time she goes to hyvee there is never anyone at wallys. A guy walked up to the counter and again the girl had disappeared, He waited and waited and finally left! You are expected to clean your own table too. Yeah right. Service AWFUL, food AWFUL, Prices are EXORBITANT! Stay away!
