“Best Bakery ever. Their products are delicious and made with care and a lot of know-how. They use locally sourced wonderful flour (I use the same at home). Staff is wonderful as well. I visit them from out of state on a regular basis because they are better than anything I have found anywhere else.Even though fresh is the best, I can also freeze a loaf and it is still great after being defrosted.Their croissants are out of this world.“

“This cafe has a very pleasant atmosphere with friendly, uplifting staff. The coffee and specialty choices are on par with the franchise cafés. However, I believe that the brew and the specialty flavors are better and have a unique taste. I typically regularly get the amaretto or Irish cream flavoring. I have found that the mocha I get on occasion has a more pleasant flavor than those offered by Panera, SB, or DD.They have a regular crowd and customer base whom I've found pleasurable to interact with when stopping in, though I am not a daily regular. They take time to eventually learn your name when seeing you a few times. It's always inviting at Honey Hill.“

“We were staying in the area and looking for a breakfast spot. It is important to know that this place has a table or two, but not an eat in restaurant. We grabbed a half dozen of the freshest, fluffy doughnuts-ube, cream-filled, jelly-filled, chocolate and strawberry iced and a blueberry. We couldn't try them all, but we made a dent, taking it all back to our hotel to enjoy.“

“This place is hands down the best coffee shop in the area. The staff is super friendly, the drinks are so delicious, and the food is on point. I really enjoy all of it. It's become a daily staple for me to get my coffee fix. Typically I'll get their seasonal drinks and/or their custom made breakfast sandwich. You won't be disappointed.“

“Tala Coffee Roasters was an excellent choice to find quality espresso, a fun but professional atmosphere, and knowledgeable staff who care about producing great results. The espresso was well balanced with amazing texture and the milk-based vanilla latte was just as good. It was a welcomed treat finding delicious old fashioned donuts and other pastries at the counter.If you are looking for whole bean coffee, these folks have what you’re looking for. Their labels provide you plenty of information about the coffee that is in the bag and most importantly; the bag has a roasted on date! This is something that a lot of roasters forget, but if you like to geek out over coffee, it is important to know just how fresh your beans are in order to get the best results from your coffee.“

“Pros: Donuts made fresh to order, so you get them warm! Many varieties to choose from.Cons: Their donuts are on the cake-y side. Not my cup of tea. And they don't have filled donuts like Boston creams. We got there around 2pm when the place was empty. Service was prompt (duh) but I wouldn't call it warm.Since I prefer raised or filled donuts, I probably won't be coming back.“

“5-stars for lattes. We wanted food but decided against it because there was a wait and only one person behind the counter, making things a bit too slow. We were thinking about sitting for a while but the metal chairs are cold and uncomfortable and that part of the mall is cavernous and noisy, so we chose to walk around instead.“

“I saw this place online through a search in the area for healthy foods. The physical place is very nice. The atmosphere is great too! The menu is much larger and diverse than you would expect from a small healthy food establishment. The food tasted great! I had the avocado toast, see pic. The only issue I had was that I received a single piece of GF bread with the avocado and egg on top for $16! I expected at least twice this for the price. This was definitely less food than I expected for the money! I suggest they reconsider the portion size for that much money. Otherwise, I really liked the place!“

“Recently discovered this cafe and have been there at least five times in a span of 3 weeks. If that doesn’t say it’s a good choice, then keep reading.The skillets are made to perfection with crispy hash browns (which I usually skip) with the tender choice of meat and grilled veggies. The Farmer’s Daughter French Toast is one of the most delicious French Toasts I’ve ever had, it’s a perfect breakfast/dessert when you really just want to eat something delicious.Now the drinks: Their black plain coffee is smooth and tasty even without sugar. I love the lavender latte, foamy and served with a cute design, all perfect for a rainy day. If you like high quality tea, then this is the place to go get one.Most importantly the service is always friendly and the atmosphere is friendly for all ages.“

“Wonderful location in Libertyville with an engaging and friendly staff. They take the time to get your order right, and I was very impressed with the Barista skills. “Dalton's makes some of the best gluten free desserts I've ever had. I ask for their lemon bars for every birthday! They are so accommodating to all allergies and intolerances as well. I've tried a lot of their pastries and there hasn't been one I don't love. I got my first real paczki in 14 years there and it was amazing!! The owners are the kindest, funniest, most welcoming people ever. You don't even have to be gluten free to love their products! They're incredible!“

“I’ll start with the positives! It’s great to have a store—let alone a bubble tea spot—open as late as 11 PM in the suburbs. The interior is very cute and the menu has a nice variety.My sister and I ordered the mango smoothie and green matcha milk tea. The mango smoothie was good, but it tasted more like durian than mango. The green matcha milk tea was just tapioca and sweet water ? which would be somewhat acceptable if not for the menu picture, which advertises a very different drink. It may be on us for ordering a less popular item, though..“

“I'm not really a coffee person, but the coffee was actually delicious. I had an ice caramel latte. The only bad thing I have to say about this place is the wait time for your food. We ordered 2 sandwiches and we waited about 20 minutes for them. Aside from that, everything tasted great, and the employees were nice. It was not overcrowded. It was just the wait time“

“Super cute coffee shop! Their menu is extensive and includes so many different things, including breakfast. Their bakery is huge and has a ton of baked goods, from muffins to scones and cookies.I got their Baja beef labretti with some veggies and hummus, which was super yummy. Their chai latte is also delicious.It does get quite crowded. I went on a Wednesday at lunch time and the line was through the door. I'd recommend going earlier or around 1-2pm to skip the rush.“

“This is a cute little gelato shop right in the heart of downtown Libertyville! They have a nice selection of gelato, that seems to be made fresh there. It's not the best I've had, but definitely still recommend! The staff there has always been super nice as well.“

I usually do drive thru but recently have been coming inside because I can't drive for 6 months until I get cleared medically. So for now Lakemoor Starbucks has been my halfaway office before I get picked up by my coworker. I love spending my mornings here with my usual favorite coffee. The friendly and kind staff greets you by name and takes time to talk to you. (perks of being a starbucks gold card member for more than 10 years) They ensure that you are happy with your orders. “OMG we found an actual donut shop! Since moving to Wisconsin from Cali, we have so missed corner donut shops. All we have in our area is the trash donuts from Grocery Stores, Kwik Trip, or Dunkin. “I walked into this Starbucks at 6:45 am Wednesday morning to order 15 drinks. When I approached the counter and told the cashier I needed to order 15 beverages, she was so cheerful and stated she was ready. Once I went through all the orders, I had her repeat everything back to me. After I paid and stepped to the side, I noted that half of my drinks were already completed! I was so grateful! The staff at this location are so nice and cheerful, EVEN FOR 7 AM!! I will be returning!***All the drinks were made correctly, none were missing, and they all tasted good. “First time in and this place did not disappoint! The owner David is super nice. They have a large menu with a variety of things to choose. The ice cream is excellent, I got one with a matcha shot, the matcha is high quality. I also tried a matcha strawberry boba and the boba is perfection. Not too chewy, perfectly soft. I would highly recommend checking this place out. It’s totally worth it!“

“Today I was so excited to try the Buttermilk Donut. The cashier was so sweet and told me it was one of her favorites. I get home and notice she put two donuts in the bag instead of one. Literally made my day, just as great as she said! Wish I had her name but she had a lip piercing and was overall so cheerful and happy.
