I do not understand why most of the Baskin Robbins I go to are making their milkshakes with literally straight milk. I got a cookie and cream milkshake and at this point I’m so done ordering them. It’s literally almost $10 for a large cup of milk that wasn’t even fully filled. You can’t even taste the ice cream. I wish I drink it at the window so I could get a refund

Never have any decent options for ice cream, go anywhere else or to any other location if you want anything that is actually advertised. Customer service is lackluster at best, wasn't rude but just made me guess a bunch of their ice cream flavors without giving me any of their actual options.

I always come here for medium cappuccino blast no wep cream no cinnamon with extra vanilla ice creamSome employees charges me $2 extra I'm fine with thatTheres rude guy said it's $4 and something extra so il pay around $11 -$13 for a medium blast !!!!?And when I ask for his name he said he's the manager AnthonyWorst management and service Anthony !I always come service polite and decentNot this time when I got serve by the Manger anthony unfortunatelyIt's not about the money it's about the way u make customers feel I'm coming that means I'm paying just trigger ur way to talk to customers with more respect

I ordered a cake it has a blonde hair in it . It was so embarrassing when I have people around . We always buy cake and stuff from you and this not something usually happen also I chose a picture from the catalog. I received a cake that didn't match!!

Paid $17 for two MEDIUM milkshakes. Over charged for one.ON TOP OF I asked for a shake SPECIFICALLY with chocolate ice cream, they waited until AFTER i was charged and my order was made to inform me that there was NO chocolate ice cream. I WOULD HAVE NEVER PAID FOR IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. I am very upset and will NEVER be back. All of the employees on their phones and don’t care about their customers.

LOL my mom was being super picky in the drive through and I felt bad but I was recording her cause I thought it was funny and the lady helping snapped at us and told me to stop recording at the window and that she didn’t want her voice in it and it wasn’t even of her childish get better costumer service ?

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The "Manager" Hajar was rude and a bully when I recently complained about an ice cream cake order. The first picture is what I received, an inch of cake and a lump of ice cream that fell over once cut. The other picture is what it should have looked like with 2 layers of cake and ice cream. A simple partial credit would have sufficed, but NO, she asked if I had the cake with me. Sorry Hajar, we actually sang Happy Birthday and served it to my guests the day before, but at least I had a picture. Although this location is very convenient, I will never go there again!
They had my favorite flavor that I wait for all year. “Winter White Chocolate “ is very hard to find, but this location had it. Made my day!!!

I used to come at this location a lot, however I stopped because they would get my order wrong or because consistently the egg and cheese wakeup wrap would not be cooked all the way. After months I decided to give them another try. Today I go and I order a toasted bagel with plain cream cheese. I repeated it twice to make sure she heard it, she repeated the order back. I get to work and the bagel has strawberry cream cheese. I don't' get it! it's very simple! I refuse to go back here and give a place my money that can't get a simple thing right. Very disappointed.
