I used to come at this location a lot, however I stopped because they would get my order wrong or because consistently the egg and cheese wakeup wrap would not be cooked all the way. After months I decided to give them another try. Today I go and I order a toasted bagel with plain cream cheese. I repeated it twice to make sure she heard it, she repeated the order back. Several times now I have ordered a plain toasted bagel with easy cream cheese. Again today, the bagel seems like yesterday's batch. Stale, not soft. And these are before work orders at 7:30 or so in the morning. Also, easy cream cheese means just a bit, but I always have a glob to take off. What happened to the little guy who said, "time to make the donuts"? I want a fresh bagel.
