everytime we order out from here its a hot mess. havent eaten here in a year bc of that, ordered from here tonight and they sent us 4 trays of taco shells and cheese. no meat or rice with any of them like we ordered, the buritto bowl i odered was also incorrect. overpriced, incompetent and straight trash food. ill go to tbk instead. never eating here again
Tinley Park location is terrible! wouldn't let us sit down at a table because it was employees only. No one ever sat there. Basically no common sense. No customer service! we were told we had no choice but to leave. Never going to this location again!
I decided to give it one more try after six months. The last time we were there, food was not good and it seemed that employees did not know what they were doing. Last night, September 14, around 8pm, I noticed a young lady working extremely hard, moving the line of customers fast and was also training someone else at the same time. I was very impressed by her dedication to her work and attention to her customers. Is rare to see good customer service nowadays.
