Not a great experience. The only thing I can say positive is that the new steak was cooked well and seasoned properly. Besides that they were out of nearly everything and what they weren’t out of they over loaded to compensate. One Burrito had so much guacamole the employee had to get a second wrap to close it.
This chipotle used to be the go to one but as of late they keep missing the bar. As an ex employee it's sad to see the fall off. Walked in at 4pm to find out there will be an hour wait for brown rice. No big deal, I'll take white. Wrong, I get home to semi hard white rice. On top of it after the bowls were made a line built up behind me waiting to be rung up because two employees decided it was social hour instead of bagging and ringing the line of customers up. Extremely slow and has been the last 4 times I've been over the course of a year. I've literally waited in line 15 minutes with a full staff of over 5 people making orders. Insane.
