As much as I love coffee and most of the time, I get the right order with the adjustments when applicable. Occasionally, I ordered Iced Macchiato and some changes/add, however they didn't follow what I asked. How would they measure ice to fill from no, light, standard, to more??? See an attached picture, do they confuse less ice for standard ice? What do you expect? It Duncan donuts, you get donuts, ice cream, and wash it down with coffee. You get attitude from the kid behind the counter, and remind him where he's working then leave before he spits in your coffee.
