Good pizza, but not worth it if you don't have an oven to bake it in. They easily accommodate half and half pizzas. (ex. half pepperoni half Canadian bacon) and don't top pizzas at all (including the sauce) until it's ordered.

I just went in there at exactly 7:40. 20 minutes before closing. They were mopping and told me to stay by the door. Then the other guy came out got a serious attitude because I was there. It's bad enough the prices went up, now the service went horribly down.

This place use to be great but their pieces have severely gone up, for the price you pay here save yourself the trouble and order delivery or go and get a take and bake meijer pizza. Seriously not Worth it and the amount of yeast they use Makes for an overwhelming taste.The staff are always on their phones and do not have much experience in customer service. I gave 2 stars simply because their meat is good quality.

Christmas Eve. Been ordering pizzas here for years and I get almost $50 worth of pizza and the gentleman rudely said we don't take $50 or $100 making go somewhere else to break it. There is no sign of the door saying that at all! Think it is time to find somewhere else to get pizzas for now on!

Used to be one of my favorite place to get a cheap pizza. Waited over 30min for a pizza, to find out they did not make it. Could have went out for pizza if I was looking to waste this much time. Probably lost a long time customer

Finally found a pizza place in the champagne area that is decent. I'd heard for years that Papa Murphy's was good pizza. Well I've had it twice in the last 2 weeks.it's a great value and if you order online you get 40% off your order if you spend 20 bucks or more. What I found unique about Papa Murphy's is they accept the EBT card. From a business perspective that is an excellent idea I'm not sure of the breakdown but it basically ensures revenue that other pizza chains can't touch.
The two workers are incredibly friendly and very warm with their greetings. Exceptionally fast as well

How is this chain still in business? Whose idea was it to give an Irish name to a pizza place and then serve you a raw pizza for full price? If I wanted to have the hassle of cooking I can get a similar quality raw pizza from the grocery store deli for half the price.

All of the ingredients are high quality. The staff is very good. The thin crust turns out the best in my oven but maybe different ovens work differently. The thick crust and stuffed always turn out undercooked for the crust or the cheese is burnt. It's relatively cheap and they prep the pizzas very quickly.

Whether we stop at the Urbana or Champaign location the employees are always friendly. Take & bake $10 on Tuesday's is awesome!
