Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and understanding and peaceful only down side is the servers and service people were gross saying they pee on the food and being very rude to customers and they do it behind the managers back and they give u nasty looks.

The bread for the sandwich I ordered was so stale I couldn't chew it. Usually my experience is great. I tried calling store to let them know, but no one answered. Can't take it back because I'm at work. Truly disappointed ?

As a current subway employee, I can say I am EXTREMELY disappointed from the quality that was presented in this sandwich. I understand that conditions can be rough at times when you are busy, but the service provided today was NOT acceptable. First off I ordered a footlong herb and cheese and received white Italian. I ordered my normal which is a BLT but only got 3 pieces of bacon when there's suppose to be 8! I put light on most of the veggies and sauce and it was completely flooded with sauce and veggies. And not to mention, we didn't receive are chips that we ordered either. Even though I wasn't the one to pick up my order, it's still unacceptable to have messed up orders. Money isn't free!

Boring, beans and rice and protein. 14 dollars. Just like most quasi Mexican joints around central Illinois. Order tacos or burritos or fajitas it's all the same just plated and served in a different shape.

The service was horrible by the initial kid that was making my sandwiches. I had a large order which made him mad, then when I asked him to please write the names on the sandwiches so that I would know whose was whose he scribbled the first initial on the first and second sandwiches then threw the marker at me. He is very rude and clearly doesn't like his job. The girl that took over was very sweet and accommodating (she got the tip). I have heard from several other people about how rude he was to them and the customers behind them. I certainly wouldn't want him as an employee. Hopefully the next time I go there (if I go back), he will be gone.
