- Thought overall it was good- I think they were understaffed because of the crowd because we could've used a bit more attention in terms of asking us for water when we had empty glassesParking: On a SUN Brunch - More than enough parking. I believe share the same parking lot with Rock Bottom so they have more spot available

Please wash your dishes better. We went to Mother’s Day brunch and barely could stomach the food because all the dishes still smelled fishy. Water cups were the worse. Such a disappointment and waste of money.

Eddie's is our favorite fine dining restaurant and we had a great time celebrating our wedding anniversary here. The food is always phenomenal - we shared the Wagyu ribeye and lobster mashed potatoes for our main course and they did not disappoint. The atmosphere is always very quiet and relaxed, even when the restaurant is crowded. We love coming here because we never feel rushed. The service is also top notch. Special shout-out to our server Frank and the manager Frankie for making sure we had a fantastic experience. We will be back again and again!

Food was very flavorful and our server, CJ, was fantastic! Visited there for work and we had a team dinner here.

Eddie Merlot is one of our favorite special occasion restaurants. The steak is delicious - this time I had the SeaBass which was excellent. We were celebrating two birthdays and our waiter was very engaging, attentive, and professional and tried to make us feel special. We had a nice long table at back of the restaurant so it was quiet and we could all have conversations. Highly recommend.

We went there for our anniversary dinner! I had beef boulinesse & my husband had a mixed seafood platter. Both of us said the food was well seasoned & flavorful. The waiter gave us complimentary dessert, delicious.

Eddie Merlots is one of the nicest looking restaurants in our area and it's so disappointing we can never have a great dining experience. We like to eat at bar tops, but unfortunately there was a terrible smell filling the whole bar and we chose to take a table in the dining room. I assume the bar drains have dried out. Food was average, service was ok. The value is just not there. We want to hang out in an upscale place like Eddie Merlots, but it just never quite delivers.

The food was very hit or miss. The waitstaff was amazing. The seafood was not good. The bison filet amazing. The hot platter had an amazing crab cake and the bacon wrapped shrimp. The carrot cake was amazing, the cheesecake sub par, the crème brûlée not much flavor. Spending over $500 for a sub par meal during the week in the suburbs is unacceptable.

For what we paid, the food was very bland. Everything else was excellent.

It was a great experience. Food and service was good. The noise level was low. Only weird thing was suspicious people (3-4 people) dressed very casual hanging out in the parking lot for 30 minutes. Walked back and forth toward the front door of restaurant to their car. Untypical for that level of restaurant. The police cruised by but they were still there. We could see them out of the window from the bar. Very unsettling. In the end, looks like they were maybe waiting for someone. Not sure. But not good.

Beautiful atmosphere and is located in a nice neighborhood with easy parking. Our steaks were disappointing. The quality of the steaks was not up to their normal standards, Two steaks were cooked correctly, mine was over cooked and my daughter in laws was undercooked. Wine list was nice and desert was good.

The most important quality for me at a five star restaurant is service. Our service was outstanding! We sat at the bar on a late Sunday afternoon and the bartender was extremely attentive. We never had to ask for anything. She was refilling our soft drinks and water before they were completely empty. We also did not ever have to wait to place an order for more wine. She was not hovering or intrusive at all. She was simply extremely attentive but from a distance. We ordered salads and appetizers and they were delicious. This was our first time at Eddie Merlot’s, but we will definitely return.

My husband and I have been going to this location for a couple years and it never disappoints. The regular menu is great and they also have seasonal menu from time to time. My favorites are the chopped salad and filet Del Mar. extensive wine menu.
