My husband and I have been going to this location for a couple years and it never disappoints. The regular menu is great and they also have seasonal menu from time to time. My favorites are the chopped salad and filet Del Mar. extensive wine menu.
Eddie Merlot's is our favorite fine dining restaurant in the area. It's always nice and quiet and the service and food are excellent. They are always adding delicious new specials to their menu.

The most important quality for me at a five star restaurant is service. Our service was outstanding! We sat at the bar on a late Sunday afternoon and the bartender was extremely attentive. We never had to ask for anything. She was refilling our soft drinks and water before they were completely empty. We also did not ever have to wait to place an order for more wine.
