My second time coming, only difference about it this time was the time, don't , I repeat DONT come after 3:00pm food is no longer fresh, and you'll find surprise bugs with it. I still can't get that nasty after taste out my mouth, but what I noticed while I'm walking out , sign says $9.99 for fresh morning lunch but dinner hours are $13.49 for nasty , old, cool, hard, off taste food. How does that make sense !? Charge more for cold food?? Just go spend your money else where folks

Good flavor to all the food was just hopeful to have more variety to the sushi. Waitress and cashier were very nice.

There were roaches in the bathroom. The food was sweet and cold, and the food seemed like it was old and left out for along time only thing that's was fresh was the pop. I saw yellow stuff in my chicken my steak was sweet as ever, and I almost threw up I felt like I was going to pass out. Never going again! ?

I give this restaurant 1.5-2 stars. I arrived at 20:00 aka 8pm and much of the food on the buffet line had obviously been out for quite some time. The sushi had hard crusty rice on all of the rolls. The salt and pepper shrimp was tasty but suffered from the same too long on the buffet line syndrome. Considering 2 hours remained till closing I would think some fresher food would be warranted....

Food was good, but the labels for the food items were always missing. I couldn't tell what some things were. It also didn't seem like they were cleaning the buffets. It was still a nice place.

Masks, social distancing, hand sanitizer & gloves are all required. Many don't wear gloves, but remember, not everyone washes their hands after using the bathroom, & we all touch the same serving utensils & then we eat some food with our hands, & in go the germs, & we wonder why hours later we feel sick. Use the gloves if they're provided They clean around the buffet frequently. Do need to check the floor around the buffet & sweep up a little better. Little slow on keeping the buffet stocked, but you can find something else to eat until they refill what you want. Glad that ice cream is in individual serving cups. Hershey syrup is provided for the ice cream. Plenty of food choices, along with sushi and a hibachi grill.

I miss the Hibachi in Round Lake Beach but this was one the nearest ones. It was better than expected and gives me that vibe with the great food to fill up hunger. Price is decent per person. Choice of drinks are really good. And food is really good with many choices.

Just ok. The hibachi area wasn't staffed very good..had to wait for awhile for someone to start my plate..and there was a few plates in line. Nothing bad...but nothing was exceptional either. I would probably go again if I wanted a buffet lunch.

Unacceptable! I came in around 5:30pm and there was no food. The food that was available was cold, mushy, and some of the fruit was no good anymore. I decided to try the grill instead but the guy attending the grill was so rude! It seemed like he didn’t want to be there. The “clean” plates had stuff still stuck on them and the bathrooms were filthy. I’ve been here once or twice but it has never been this bad. I don’t ever leave reviews, but this one deserves it.

I went to a buffet during the weekend. So much food for a nominal price, and it's yummy too. The staff was so polite and friendly.

This place is a resounding "mediocre". I wanted to like it more.. The restaurant itself has a neat old-school vibe, the staff is friendly, and the prices are great. The food looks and smells good, but every single protein I tried, from chicken to beef to squid to shrimp, was resolutely lukewarm at best, despite steaming dishes on the buffet. The food is clearly not being kept at a sufficient temperature and biting into soggy, room-temperature chicken is just disgusting. The noodles were all fresh and hot and the soup was fresh and hot, so as long as you pick and choose, you're okay, but I just can't justify returning until they get it together and keep their food heated. I can't imagine that's safe.
