“Me and my husband stopped here after we got our dilated eye exams, so we had some time to kill. The parking lot was packed, but the dining room was spacious and we had no problem getting seated. Decided to order the 40-minute apple pancake. Additionally, we split a breakfast burrito during the wait. The food here is top quality!!! Couldn't believe the portion sizes, the fresh ingredients, and the incredible taste. We will definitely be coming back here again in the future! I drive past Egg Yolk on my way to work, and it's going to be hard to resist this place now :)“

“Quaint, cheerful restaurant with a cool diner vibe. The menu is vast and offers something for everyone. So many options. We opted for good old-fashioned comfort food --an apple pancake and corned beef hash. Both dishes were delicious. We could tell immediately that the corned beef hash was homemade. So good. The person who took our order was warm, welcoming and pleasant. Great experience overall and looking forward to returning soon.“
“Always passed by and decided to try out today with the kids. Everything was good and service was great. Everyone so nice there and patience with the kids . It was their 1 year anniversary and we got shots of orange juice and some brownie. We will be back to try more.“
“I've been here about 3 times now, and every time has been a great experience. Fast, accurate, and polite service. They have a pretty extensive menu, so you're sure to find something that's going to please your appetite. And the food is simply good. Doesn't matter if you get breakfast, lunch, or dinner. “No frills here, just really tasty food. I had the Nutella crepes with a bacon side; my wife, the chorizo skillet. We shared our meals, and the quality was consistently high across the board. This place has the feel of being small and locally owned, and the meals feel homemade.My wife and I were the first ones in at 8am on a Saturday, and that can be touch and go with service, but it was attentive and kind. It’s certainly a family-friendly atmosphere, and the menu reflects that too. All without breaking the bank.The atmosphere was good, understanding that it’s still quite new. I’m excited to see how this develops over time. This is the sort of place you can root for, and we’ll be back regularly to support them.“
“This restaurant is amazing. It’s in a hidden nook next to a vape shop. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted with smiles and get a warm homey feeling. The prices for breakfast are reasonable and the food is delicious. My husband and I will be back.“

Fabulous service, many breakfast and lunch options, generous portions (e.g. thick omelette takes up half the plate, freshly grated hash browns take-up the other half, plus a bread option: toast, pancakes, English muffin, etc.). Daily specials include some classic as well as creative options (apples in an omelette? Crazy. Crazy delicious).“
“The atmosphere was very clean, the food was very good and the service was pretty quick. We got our refills on coffee as well as we got checked them every few minutes to see if we needed anything if we had to make a complaint. There was a small little egg shall piece in the eggs but nobody's perfect. I would highly recommend this place to my friends.“

Not once did Bella even attempt to refill my wife's coffee nor did she check back about the food. Every time we have come there our server has been smiling, cheerful, and thorough. There wasn't even a smile the whole time we were there. We will definitely be back but not getting taken care of by her. “My favorite breakfast place by far. The food is always amazing and the service is incredible. I got the biscuit love and the chicken was cooked perfect, the breading was crispy and flavorful, the biscuits were soft and sweet yet savory, the portions are huge and very much worth the price. I’m a big Starbucks girly and the iced mochas are phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Forever our go to spot.“
“Buttermilk Naperville Breakfast is a gem worth visiting, especially for their exceptional smoked salmon benny. Kudos to the chef for crafting such a delightful dish! The combination of smoky and salty flavors, along with perfectly poached eggs, creates an amazing taste experience. While my kids thoroughly enjoyed their French toast and pancakes, I unfortunately didn't get a chance to taste them. Overall, a fantastic breakfast spot with something for everyone!“
“I must relay the WONDERFUL experience I had recently at Southern Cafe. This past Saturday, I had invited various friends to lunch after a meeting. I thought about 10-12 would join. Turned out 29 responded! So here we all come around 1-1:15pm(they close at 3). SC rose to the occasion with swiftness, poise, and professionalism! EVERYONE left delighted, full, and pleased. And with bags…because of the massive portions of food!! I would like to say Southern Cafe is one of my favorites! Thank you and we WILL be seeing you again! It is not precooked and reheated like your most popular restaurants in Batavia and especially Geneva. I should know, I worked for them. People have become accustomed to fake frozen patties from fast food joints and have forgotten that great things, take some time. I much rather wait an extra minute for real meat than pay for microwaved fake meat.*** I have an msg allergy. No MSG being used on my tacos. That means the meat is naturally of great quality without using meat tenderizer like the other taco joints in Batavia.Tacos are a great size and the burritos are ?!!Try the breakfast burritos.
