“Went to Chili's for the 1st time in a long time ( last visit was pre-covid days so it has been a while..). I had the chicken crispers which I never really had before as after 3+ years the menu changed a bit and what I used to eat fell off. I enjoyed a nice cold Blue Moon tall draft with them. I enjoyed the food and the drink! We went early before people started showing up after work...once they started coming in it got pretty busy. Service was good and food came fast! We will go back to try other items and it will be sooner rather than later.“
“We have been twice, and loved it the first time. We ordered the skirt steak fajitas and they were delicious. My husband and I also each like a different one of the salsas served. Our second visit, while not bad, has me thinking a bit. We once again both ordered the skirt steak fajitas. When the food came out, they tried to give us chicken and steak. We informed the waiter (who brought our food)and waitress (who took our order) of the mistake and the waitress said we could just keep the chicken and she'd bring out more steak. She did bring us some steak to replace the chicken but it was medium rare and we ordered it medium well. (I know a sin, but I cannot eat bloody meat). I noticed the steak on the chicken and steak plates was cut different but didn't think too much other than maybe they did that to cook it medium well easier but then when I got home I looked and it appears the steak for the chicken and steak fajitas is different than the skirt steak fajitas (which are not cheap). This would explain why I didn't think the food was as good this time, because it wasn't the same cut of steak nor prepared the same way.I wish I had realized the difference before we went home and I do feel like at least one of the two waiters should have known it was a different quality of steak. Because the replacement steak was only enough to replace the chicken we didn't order.Because of this, I am not sure we'll go back as quickly as we did after eating there the first time. All the staff was friendly and I am sure the issue would have been corrected promptly if either I or more husband had thought about it/noticed immediately.“
“Thanks to Lexi, she was on it! Truly, I have not been one to promote Chili's. Especially at this location! More importantly, it's been the delay in service unless you dine at the bar. The food had been off. But that day was AMAZING! Sadly, it's hit or miss in the restaurant industry. I treasure the people who really bring their A++ to work. From the greeters to hostesses, servers, too the COOKS! Because they all have an ability to ENHANCE or DISRUPT your day! That experience has given me a reason to try Chili's more.“
“Picked some tacos up for dinner. Called ahead and the lady was very pleasant. Al pastor and Carne asada tacos were terrific. Meat was tender, flavorful, and well seasoned. Salsas were awesome too! The red one is hot!!! Like 7/10 hot, but so good. I've been to many taquerias in Chicago, and this place is right there with the best. Will be ordering again soon!!“
“Pretty good. Amazing service. The steak fajita tacos were so yummy. And they give you SO much! Rice & beans were perfect. A lot condiments you can pack yourself to go too. The horchata was ok but lots of places don’t get it right lol only in Mexico he he he! I will come back.“
“First of all the waitress we had tonight was amazing. Me and my family can’t remember her name but it was her first day and she was great! The food was great as well and no long wait time at all. Lastly there was a hostess and we didn’t catch her name either but she had an amazing vibe and was just so sweet and even held the door open for me and my family when leaving. Definitely a great staff and made me and my family so happy for those small things! Overall an incredible experience.“
“Great food great service great prices. The staff behind the counter were excellent and they really fixed me up. I'll go back to this place every time I'm in the neighborhood. My new favorite fast food place in the Chicago area. Five stars two firm thumbs “
