The food is a good option in my opinion, but coming as someon who used to work at McAlisters, the atmosphere is not welcoming at all. Unlike a few months ago when I dined in, there were no 'Welcome ins' or even acknowledgement from the crew. Young staff members wearing hoodies and airpods not serving customers when they have nothing else to do (From what it seems). Had lunch and ordered the roast beef with horseradish and cheese and a grilled cheese. The sides were potato salad and macaroni and cheese. I ordered a regular and small drink. The regular was huge. You only need to order a small as they give free refills. The bread on the roast beef was chibata which I thought would be thick with a chew. It was very soft and not chibata.
