Had lunch and ordered the roast beef with horseradish and cheese and a grilled cheese. The sides were potato salad and macaroni and cheese. I ordered a regular and small drink. The regular was huge. You only need to order a small as they give free refills. The bread on the roast beef was chibata which I thought would be thick with a chew. It was very soft and not chibata. Both breads were very soft. I prefer my bread with a bit of a chew to it. The meat was ok and the horseradish sauce was not very strong. The potato salad was from a container and the macaroni and cheese, although cheesy, the noodles were overcooked and very soft. It's an average no frills deli. Nothing special they have other offerings but I will pass. Not a lot of flavor but I can see picky kids or adults liking it. The service was good and very pleasant. The restaurant has plenty of seating in both tables and booths. Parking was great.

The food is a good option in my opinion, but coming as someon who used to work at McAlisters, the atmosphere is not welcoming at all. Unlike a few months ago when I dined in, there were no 'Welcome ins' or even acknowledgement from the crew. Young staff members wearing hoodies and airpods not serving customers when they have nothing else to do (From what it seems). I'll probably come back but everyone here is not at polite as they used to be.Just to clarify, the Mac and cheese is still delicious.

Great place to go and get a good freshly made sandwich and a soup for lunch.The place is nicely decorsted, wide open and clean.The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with making the right choices for your taste buds.The menu is not as extensive as some of their competitors near by, but they have some of the most popular sandwiches like the Reuben, the Italian, Cuban, smoky pepper jack turkey and a grilled chicken wrap just to name a few items.They also have a small variety of salads, fresh fruit, mac & cheese and a few soup options.Parking: Plenty of parking space in front of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: A few designated wheelchair accessible space near the front entrance.

The food was okay, salad was waaay overdressed that just made if inedible. I've been here before and the stuff was nicer, not sure what the change is but the service was terrible. It felt like I was bothering them when I asked questions and the place was completely empty so it's not like I was holding up a line. Won't be going

3/3/204 - 3:00pm ~From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was not welcoming or pleasant. Rude cashier with an attitude who was not helpful during our visit, along with a woman next to her. Had questions that they were not helpful with answering and it seemed like we were a bother to them. Manager, was rude about my mother’s service dog which she needs at all times, and the food was mid at best. Coming from 9 years in food service management, there is so many ways to come across to paying guest. Creating an experience in which your team looks happy, willing to help and is friendly is KEY. No smiles, or thank you’s from anyone that made it known that we were not welcomed there. Manager (African american male) was in back the entire time except the time he came out into the lobby to question my mothers service dog, to which i then heard heard him go to the back and talk about her and my entire family to the other cashier who first took our order, while i was getting drink refills at the register. I’d advise if you are going to talk about the people who just paid to be in your restaurant, maybe just do it a bit more discretely?The entire experience was bad. Not friendly and just plain rude. I will gladly take my business somewhere else. Just so upsetting because all the other businesses in the area are great. Do better!

Had the Roast beef and horseradish sauce sandwich absolutely AMAZING so fresh and soft and delicious paired it with broccoli cheddar soup as my side. Out of this world. We also got the New Yorker and by the fact that not even a crumb was left that it was delicious too.Highly recommend this deli.

I just wanted to give a compliment to the manager Tyrome Mason, considering how busy they were yesterday evening I noticed Tyrome was professional making sure each customer was taking care of as well as helping with orders. Very accommodating and as a customer I appreciate that kind of service, my hat off to Tyrome and the staff cause the staff is a reflection of good leadership. Tyrome keep up the good work ?.
