“Nice little counter serve restaurant in downtown Lombard with a cute interior and friendly folks behind the counter. We dropped in for vegan nachos and margaritas. The vegan cheese and chorizo were on point. We'll come back soon and hopefully get to enjoy the patio, too!“
“So, listen, I completely understand changing your menu and I also understand that you are a Mexican restaurant and you’d prefer to serve Mexican food. BUT since we were last there, you changed your menu and removed the chicken strips and fries. So, atmosphere was great, service was great, food was very good, blood orange margarita was tasty, but we’ll be back when my picky 10 year old turns 18 because I can afford - occasionally - $13 for her chicken strips but not another $60 for a sitter and I’m not willing to fight with her about her awful dietary choices during a rare night out. Please bring back the chicken strips. Otherwise, we’ll miss you.“
“Thanks to Lexi, she was on it! Truly, I have not been one to promote Chili's. Especially at this location! More importantly, it's been the delay in service unless you dine at the bar. The food had been off. But that day was AMAZING! Sadly, it's hit or miss in the restaurant industry. I treasure the people who really bring their A++ to work. From the greeters to hostesses, servers, too the COOKS! Because they all have an ability to ENHANCE or DISRUPT your day! That experience has given me a reason to try Chili's more.“
“The food and drinks were delicious. I enjoyed everything I had. The manager even came by and spoke to our table. However, a few of the guests had cold food and it was not handled well. Everyone had tasted their food. Someone took the three plates to the back, warmed it up and tried to return to the correct owner. I encouraged the guest to speak with the manager, but it was their choice not to follow through. Despite the mishap. The staff was friendly and tried to correct a problem, and everything tasted great. I always enjoy my dining experience at Uncle Julios and will return the next time I'm in the area.“
“Had problems with kiosk payment system - twice. First, at our booth. Our server couldn't get the device to work, then tried another before getting a printed copy of the bill and processing it the old-fashioned way.Then, we went to the take-out desk where kiosks are also used to get some gift cards and the only kiosk had to have a battery change and reboot to process our purchase. These payment issues added ~20 minutes to our experience.“
“My best friend and I love Chili's, we end up at one a couple times a month. Our server this time, Miranda, was genuinely one of the best servers I've had anywhere. The food was great as always and there was no wait despite being busy on a Friday night. We left happy as always.“
