Good food but the service was terrible. We got to the end of the line and went to use chipotle rewards when the man at the register started yelling at us for not having the QR code ready. Not my fault your app takes 20 minutes to load buddy. I’m never coming back here as long as he works here.
The menu is unclear as to what is included in a kids meal, and the employees were unable to clearly explain it. In the end, we were overcharged, and we still don't know how the kids menu works. The employees clearly had their brains turned completely off, because they were not paying attention to who had ordered and who hadn't. Very unpleasant and disappointing experience at this location in multiple aspects. The host, Mariely, added hot instead of mild salsa to one of the burrito bowls; which she then attempted to scoop off. In addition, she added cheese to both bowls instead of just one; she also wanted to scoop that off, but I stopped her before she could turn the bowl into a completely inedible dish.
