Worst location I’ve ever been to. 5 times in a row, extras paid for are all missing. Beyond frustrating when you were looking forward to it. Today was the 6th time, reminded me why I don’t go to this location. Manager, step it up and train your people.

After my experience yesterday it was so pleasing to have a smiling server and staff who gave a damn. There was a wait but one of the staff checked with us to make sure we hadn't been overlooked- we hadn't. They were busy but managed to keep upbeat. This place has pleasant outdoor seating too.

Wouldn’t let customers use restrooms! A worker was very rude to customer who needed the restroom, told her bathrooms are out of Oder! Turns out they cleaned the bathrooms and didn’t let customers use them due to the fact, they were closing in one hour. I’m going to call the village of wilmette, that Starbucks, is violating, resterant, for not having bathrooms. Will never come back to this location due to the abusive heavy set women
Me and my freinds, were having coffee at the Sheridan rd location! We went to use the bathrooms, and a female employee started yelling at me for using the men's room. The employee told me the bathrooms were out of order. I told her the toilet flushed. She yelled that can't you read the signs? We were at this location, on Labor Day, a hour before closing. Turns out the bathrooms were washed before closing, and this particular woman employee, was verbally abusive. I'm going to call the village of wilmette, and report no restrooms for customers. They need to train there employes how to treat customers

Why do you keep going back if “every time you go” there is a problem? That’s seems crazy. I believe if they make a drink incorrectly they will remake it with a smile on their face. If they don’t have an ingredient what do expect them to do?
I really like this location, they are friendly and are working hard to serve you. Out of Oatmilk? Have you addressed this with management? Maybe there is a shortage, transportation issues? Seems to me you just want to complain about workers who are making you something you don’t want to make for yourself.

COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! MY DRINK WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE OATMILK BUT THEY MIXED IT WITH REGULAR MILK AND THOUGHT I WOULDNT NOTICE, THIS STARBUCKS NEEDS TO GET SHUT DOWN, EVERYTIME I COME HERE ITS EITHER EMPLOYEES BEING RUDE OR MY DRINK TASTE LIKE SEWAGE!! CANCEL SHERIDAN RD STARBUCKS 2023
