Why do you keep going back if “every time you go” there is a problem? That’s seems crazy. I believe if they make a drink incorrectly they will remake it with a smile on their face. If they don’t have an ingredient what do expect them to do? I really like this location, they are friendly and are working hard to serve you. Out of Oatmilk? Have you addressed this with management? After my experience yesterday it was so pleasing to have a smiling server and staff who gave a damn. There was a wait but one of the staff checked with us to make sure we hadn't been overlooked- we hadn't. They were busy but managed to keep upbeat. This place has pleasant outdoor seating too.

Me and my freinds, were having coffee at the Sheridan rd location! We went to use the bathrooms, and a female employee started yelling at me for using the men's room. The employee told me the bathrooms were out of order. I told her the toilet flushed. She yelled that can't you read the signs? We were at this location, on Labor Day, a hour before closing. Turns out the bathrooms were washed before closing, and this particular woman employee, was verbally abusive. I'm going to call...read full review
