“Amazing stop in rural Illinois. Driving through from eastern Iowa to Chicago and wanted to grab dinner before we got to Chicago. What a wonderful find. Authentic Mexican food, great atmosphere and unbeatable service. The queso wasn’t too spicy and just the way my mother likes it. Superb experience and will stop again next time we are driving through!”

“If you're anywhere near Winnebago and haven't been to The Post Bar & Grill, you're seriously missing out. This place is everything a small-town bar should be — friendly, welcoming, and always a great time. First off, the bartenders are top-notch. Missy, Brooke, and Angel are all amazing — super friendly, fast, and always make you feel like part of the family the second you walk in. Whether you're grabbing a beer, trying one of their specialty drinks, or just chatting at the bar, you're in good hands with these ladies. And let’s not forget the food — shoutout to Cook Chris in the kitchen! Everything coming out of there is delicious. You can tell there's real care put into every order, and it hits the spot every time. Great portions, fair prices, and cooked just right. Between the great atmosphere, awesome staff, and killer food, The Post has become one of our favorite spots. 5 stars all the way! 👏🍔🍻”

“i love this fantabulous subway. Trenton (the red head guy) and faith did a fantastic job making me feel at home. This is a great place to bring your family and friends if you have any. The lettuce was very wet and enjoyable, along with the spinach which gave a very good flavorless crunch and dimension. Everything is so fresh, very cash money. This place rocks! ?️‍?”

“It is so nice to have a coffee shop in Pecatonica. It is lovely and so is the lady that owns it. She was so helpful when we were looking for a home for our sister. We are usually on our way to Wisconsin when we come through Pecatonica, and this is definitely a stop for us. Hope they are always there.”

“First time here. Sara was great! Pizza good even on gluten free crust. Very disappointed that a bottle of wine was $38. Didn't see a wine menu but it was suggested by waitress to be cheaper for 2 than glasses. But would try it again.”

“My family and I went in for dinner. We sat there for about 10 minutes and never got helped. There was a 2 top that came in 5 minutes right behind us and was helped the moment they sat down. I saw the waitress look at us twice as well, but never came over to help but did help all 3 tables around us.”

“Weezy's is a pure gem. It's the best part about a trip to Byron, in my view. The atmosphere itself is so cozy and intriguing. It makes you feel like you're in a special, unique place where you can have fun and eat great food. Even if you only go for the cheesecake, it will not be a wasted trip. I happened upon it during a trip to the city one day for a work order, and it's one of the best discoveries of my life.”
