Could it be this is a new place in Winthrop Harbor, because I had never noticed it before. Gia's is a place to drink, and to get a pizza. It also has quite a few slots. A pretty good menu for a bar that looks pretty nondescript to be honest. The slots do add some life but not a lot. Basic bar that happens to have pizza is a good way to describe it. It's better than it sounds. The beers may go better with pizza, but there's lots of drink options though. It's about $7 for a basic cocktail. Kind of a lot for a divy bar, but the pizza has better prices. It's $6 for the Pizza Bread. This comes with the choice of one topping. Like a personal size pizza but it's cheaper. There's also other typical bar food like wings and that kind of stuff. For sure it's not that impressive, but it doesn't have to be. In this town there's limited choices. The pizza actually is pretty okay though.

Went for a late lunch, early dinner. All of us had the beef sandwich with cheese and an order of the garlic cheese bread. Really enjoyed the "sauce" that came with the cheese bread. Even put it on my sandwich.

The menu needs some additional selections. It is extremely limited. The food is "ok",at best. The service is not bad. Food is served on paper plates with plastic utensils. It seems people are just going there to play the slots. Probably not going back.

Had an amazing pizza here—they make the sauce in house and it was so tasty! Would 100% recommend the cheesy garlic bread. Staff was very nice and friendly. Loved the prices, too.
It was so weird inside I left without eating anything.

I enjoyed this place, came for the pizza, I think for this area this is pretty good. For $10 its unlimited toppings, option of garlic glaze on top and thin or thick crust. Thin crust is crunchy and comes out piping hot. This place sells beer, has casino type slots, and you can smoke outside.

Great little bar and outside area. Pizzas were very good. We'll return for a Juke custom and some beers. Thin crust Italian beef (chicago special thank you!) was so good with spicy giardiniera. Under 20 bucks Wednesday, 4 drinks and 2 pizzas?!?! And 10$ pizza? come on! Very good, awesome deals. Maybe next time Nashville hot chicken style, right? Thanks see ya soon.

A big shout out to the PK (PIZZA KING) ? ? He welcomed my daughter and I and told us he made the best pizza. All I wanted was a home style pizza and he sure did make us us one. It was soooo delicious. I'm sooo glad we stopped in. Can't wait to be back in town. Thank you PK ?
