This place is perfect. 100% worthy of a destination trip. It has a great story and even better dough. The best Italian food is in America. Nobody can name three better pizzas than Your Sister’s Tomato. By extension this is better than anything you could eat in Italy.Update: Drove here 1/12 in a blizzard because this pizza is worth risking your life to eat
My family went to YST restaurant this past weekend and it was amazing. We got the homemade bread to start with olive oil. Oh my Lord! They Can sure make some bread! Then we dove into pizza. The wood fired pizza crust is always so MUCH BETTER! Loved the pizza. Their truck came to Scorched Earth. Was kinda surprise pulling up. And a great surprise. We had both the sausage and pepperoni pizzas. And what goes better with a great micro craft beer than a wood-fired pizza? Pretty much nothing else. We'll be heading to their brick and mortar store soon.
