I was really hoping to like this place. Found it very difficult to order. And all I was getting was one pizza. When I said I wanted sausage on it… somehow we had to start over. Had to spell my last name 3 times… not a hard name… but they still had it totally wrong.The pizza was dry and flavorless… the ingredients seemed cheap and minimal. I honestly can’t think of any pizza I have had that was worse.

Their truck came to Scorched Earth. Was kinda surprise pulling up. And a great surprise. We had both the sausage and pepperoni pizzas. And what goes better with a great micro craft beer than a wood-fired pizza? Pretty much nothing else. We'll be heading to their brick and mortar store soon.
Food was amazing and so were the people. Ceaser salad was very good and the pizza is fresh. Super yummy!

This place is perfect. 100% worthy of a destination trip. It has a great story and even better dough. The best Italian food is in America. Nobody can name three better pizzas than Your Sister’s Tomato. By extension this is better than anything you could eat in Italy.Update: Drove here 1/12 in a blizzard because this pizza is worth risking your life to eat

My family went to YST restaurant this past weekend and it was amazing. We got the homemade bread to start with olive oil. Oh my Lord! They Can sure make some bread! Then we dove into pizza. The wood fired pizza crust is always so MUCH BETTER! Loved the pizza. We just had a simple pepperoni and sausage but we saw one near us that had balsamic across it and I am trying that next time!Now, we should not have had room for dessert but my daughter loves Nutella, so…they have a banana Nutella dessert pizza. It had brown sugar sprinkled on it as well. It was so freaking good.We also splurged and got some Cannolis. We had to take a lot of food home in leftover boxes, but we sure left stuffed and happy. Cannot wait to go back again!!
