“I've been doing Business in the area since 1990. Home plate has been since 1991 and there is never been a better hotdog period. I drive by every day during the season and want to stop every time! today was a good day and I got to stop making it a great day! thanks Homeplate for being the best and being local.”

“Unique decor, friendly service, creative menu items and blissfully wonderful backlit electronic handheld menus for older eyes make this a very different experience from the plain vanilla restaurant. You won't need to turn on your phone flashlight to read the menus here. On the way to the restroom you'll pass over the vault in the floor that gives the place it's name that has a transparent see-through floor panel. A pleasant and cozy place to linger and it has an excellent cocktail menu, and The Propietor smoky Old Fashioned cocktail in particular is highly recommended. The only thing that needs to be fixed here is the music, which is a chaotic mess that doesn't synch with the ambiance of the place at all. It needs a theme, like soft jazz, or Mozart classical, or soft New Orleans blues, or 90's grunge.....”

“Honestly I really like this place. Great Beer, and awesome food trucks. The atmosphere is cool too. One complaint I have, the seltzer made with tequila. Mind you I've had some good seltzers, none of which where made with tequila. It ruins the flavor. I feel that the combinations of seltzer would seem to work. Just not with tequila.”

“We stumbled upon Parma tonight on accident with friends. Best accident ever! The atmosphere was so cozy, they seated us immediately and everyone was smiling. Our waitress, Sydney, was amazing! And the food...SO good!!! The appetizers were over and above in size and taste, and each of the 3 different pizzas we got were incredible. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you for making dining out enjoyable again!”

“Omg! So glad that I tried Scooter's! I got the iced caramelicious coffee with sweet cold foam. This coffee was made with perfection. Sweet just like I like my coffee. I was nervous to try and I'm hooked! I had to Google to see the nearest location and found Bolingbrook has a store. That's exciting! The staff was great from taking my order and answering my questions. You have a new customer over here for sure!”

“Listen don't sleep on this place because you think it's name is basic......the ice cream is phenomenal and reasonably priced especially when you are on a tight tight budget. Excellent service and you get your money's worth. Sundaes, mangonadas, agua frescas, shakes, nachos, and more....why are you not here already!!!”

“Just had my wedding reception at Silver Fox and it was an absolute DREAM!!! I will be updating this review when all of my photographs come in- but I just had to get my review posted!! Linda (the manager) was SO gracious, professional, and communicated to me so well throughout the entire process! The menu options for our reception were top notch! We chose an open bar and a seated dinner - I HAVE RECIEVED SO MANY COMPLIMENTS !!! The venue is soooo cool looking so it makes the perfect backdrop to any look you want! I used florals and moody romantic colors and the venue was STUNNING! The vast majority of our guests got steak and everyone loved the flaming salt!! So many have told me it is the best steak they have ever had! The servers were so kind and personable and I was able to work with Linda prior to my event and working with her on the seating chart and orders - the servers knew each guest by name and they really made the night extra special! We had ample time to get in and decorate, Linda worked with us on getting the exact tables we wanted and supplied us with tablecloths and even displayed our wedding details on a screen above the room- it was PERFECTION! Beautiful- amazing service- easy set up with ample options- delicious food!!! Hot coffee! Great drinks! And just all around amazing service! I would reccomend Silver Fox Bar and Grill 1000% to ANYONE looking to make their event memorable and wonderful! Again- when the photographs get released to me I will be updating my review to show the full decor and amazing food! But THANK YOU to Linda and the entire crew at Silver Fox!!!”
