Remove the black employee car from the front of the store every day it is parked there. It is not right for the management to be able to park their cars up front spots.

We drive a ways to get to THIS particular B King when we need to fill our craving. It's nicely appointed and the staff her is always kind and energetic. Today all of our options were dropped fresh and everything was very tasty. The only issue were the bathrooms... ? Both dirty, toilets I flushed, litter on the floors (and I know because I went to wash my hands as did my husband and we both came out a little miffed). That one thing can be corrected to make this store the tops!

I have to say the double whopper with cheese and onion rings were my very best and so fresh, I love the taste of the whopper as well as enjoying my root beer, the folks were so nice to me and I'm not into feeling like a king but they made me feel like both QUEEN AND KING, thank you all there for making my food fresh and fabulous, I do appreaciate it, and to that I say THANK YOU ALL FOR ALL THAT YOU DO FOR ALL OF US EVERY DAY, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, ILL BE COMING BACK FOR MORE, GOD BLESS AND SINCERLY HAPPY DAY TO YOU ALL AT BURGER KING IN YORKVILLE, ILL

I, Charmine Dinglehooper, a hot Christian foodie, was at my local Burger King today. When I walked into the Burger King, I saw a tattoo on a man that looks demonic. I was very disturbed by this, I love Jesus and at the moment I don't know why but I decided to stay. When I got in line it was so long. When I got to the front of the line I gave a very simple order; 3 Baconators, the 40 piece chicken nugget family meal, and 5 chocolate frostys. The employee, Denice, was very passive aggressive and said "Ma'am this a Burger King, not a Wendy's" I of course got upset, she was questioning my intelligence! Other then the disturbance I heard the kid next to me's phone say "Number 15, Burger King foot lettuce" I wanted to puke because that was rancid. I will be telling Jesus about this in my prayers! Place is never open past 9pm even though it’s listed as 12am. Order food online and no one was there. I’m never coming to this place again.
No ice, out of salt, frowns on employee faces. Young man was only person working, other just standing around, one on her phone. This used to be the best BK around when new 2 years ago.This place will be closed unless they get a manager in here. Too bad!

It's quiet when you go in. Downside the carbonation in their soft drinks always seems to be out. They rarely have ice in the self-serve soda machine as well. The lobby is clean but it could always be better.

Didn't even get a chance to order food. The woman at the drive thru said "just a minute" and waited there for 10 minutes!!! Still didn't hear a peep and just went to go in and the doors are locked? They need more staff or just shut the damn doors
