I love going here but they took hot chocolate off the menu?? We were shocked!The tables in the morning don't seem to get wiped down. Some mornings we had a hard time finding a clean spot to eat.Plus some of the place needs cleaned better and/or is starting to look run down. We went every week but have chosen another place

There were several things that dissatisfied us today, but a big one was how filthy it was. The bottom of my plate was dirty when I picked it up from the food counter, the floors were disgusting as throughout the restaurant they were covered in spilled sticky drinks and food which then attracted dirt, and the booth privacy divider was beyond gross because it was grimey.Vegetarian options: There are a few.Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions, it is very hard to eat here. I do appreciate that you can look it all up, but since so much is prepackaged, it is hard to customize your order for dietary needs.It is not dietary restriction friendly.Kid-friendliness: The surfaces were filthy. A child touches many surfaces, and the booth privacy divider was visably filthy. The floors were sticky and covered in dirt throughout the entire restaurant.For the kids meal, they no longer offer chocolate milk or yogurt. When we go out, a treat for our son is chocolate milk. While this isn't "make or break" a decision, it is frustrating when chocolate milk was still on the menu. Our child has always looked forward to yogurt with his meal, and tonight we found out that has been discontinued altogether.

Panera foods tastes Great! TERRIBLE-TERRIBLE operation at this Yorkville location. They are confused and they do not care about customers for some crazy reason! Particularly if you call in your order drive all the way over there and pick it up when you get home you realize that almost every time something is missing. How many thousands of dollars do you think they’re losing by terrible customer service.

Thanks for a variety of menu options. We love Panera. There is an egg & cheese bagel menu option. When I place an order for egg & cheese bagel with egg white and add spinach, red onion and tomato, please do not charge me for the avocado, egg white, cheese bagel sandwich. Thank you.Vegetarian options: It depends on your dietary choices. Please ask about cream based soups and such. You know what you want, just check to verify and you ought to be okay. Take care.

I had the best and memorable experience at this Panera with Cici. As we all know Customer Service in general has degraded however, Cici is the kind of Customer Service we hope for when entering a business. Her smile was contagious and she greeted everyone who passed her or were waiting on food. I hope anyone who visits this Panera has the opportunity to come across Cici, she will start your experience with positivity before receiving your meal.

They accepted my 100 dollar bill, and also made my wife a chicken Caesar sandwich that they no longer have on the menu. ? definitely would recommend over jimmy john's and portillos.

As a vegan queen, the cheddar broccoli didn't tickle my pickles. I asked for extra broccoli but they gave me the same amount any other customer would. The chef who made my food was very nice even though he asked me to leave twice. The indoor decor in the bathroom was finger licking good while I unloaded the food from earlier.
OVERPRICED! Tiny portions and mediocre taste. Additionally, Panera does not want decaf drinkers as customers! They came up with the new policy, no decaf after 2. And when you try to order over the app before 2, it tells you that it is not available. Previous to that, they refused to maintain the decaf, it was always cold or completely empty. So, there's always a McDonalds are Starbucks close by. Seems we're getting the message to move on down the road. I used to like to meet friends here. Not anymore, I'll choose McD, Starbucks, or Grace over this place from now on.
