This was in February 21st 2024 ordered two 12 He's chicken nuggets they weren't cooked all the way. Tried calling the store phone is always busy or broken so I reached out to customer service. I Never received any email or text about my order.. Their customer service is horrible!!!!! Also never receive my biscuits.

I just order a fish sandwich and shrimp tackle box. The shrimp box only had 4 pcs of shrimp when it supposed to have 8 pcs. The fish sandwich was hard and dry. It must of been made hours ago and waiting for someone to order one! It try calling but the phone is apparently off the hook! 30 minutes of a busy signal. I go to other Popeyes regularly without any problems. This is one you should avoid doing business with.

Cashier lady with pink nails very rude, and always get my order wrong , also talking on her personal cell phone up front as I was waiting for my food . She needs to be fired.

This place is horrible! Ordered 30 minutes ahead of time on the app and they still only had half the order. Had to check it 3 times. On the way out I see a uniformed employee with a case of beer in the parking lot. No wonder my order was wrong! They're all drunk!! Sad that this was accepted. You can't get thru to them on their phone number. I called Popeyes customer service and they didn't seem to care. I couldn't get a human on the phone only someone or something texting me. What a surprise! Pitiful just pitiful! So disappointed, such a let down.

Just got a two piece chicken dinner from Popeyes. Ordered it with 2 breasts. Came with small biscuit and 3/4 filled Cole slaw. Both breasts didn't even have enough meat on them to make one tender. Not much taste either. Not worth $10 plus. Canes you can get 6 nice tenders fries bread and a drink for $16 Not going to Popeyes again.

This cashier was so sassy and had a smirk on her face the whole time while she was dealing with the trouble she made for us. We made it so clear that we all wanted blackened ranch, and she said she gave us some. When I looked in the bag NO blackened ranch and a singular BBQ sauce that nobody asked for, they couldn’t even fill up the drinks all the way .

Almost every time that I have been there (which is many) and received my order they have forgotten at least one item. One time I neglected to check the bag and got all the way home. I tried to call and just kept receiving a busy signal so had to drive all the way back. The workers just stand and stare at you not really knowing what to say. The chicken quality is hit or miss IMO. Wish it was better as I love that it is in Yorkville.

handed me the wrong food then blamed me for taking the wrong order. girl what? u handed me the order ? she’s Spanish so i could barely understand her but she was mad yall just let anybody work here lol no customer service standards whatsoever not even an apology for wasting my gas having to come back didnt answer the phone or nothing. i’ll just eat at Culvers every lunch from now on lol i recommend you all do the same
