Ordered their new sweet n spicy wings. They said 8 to 10 min wait that turned into almost 30 mins. I had to go in to get my food because they forgot about us. Then when I went in he said they just came out. He packed the food in the smallest bag. Got in the car and noticed my biscuit missing. Went back inside and told him and he never looked at my order to confirm anything just told me one doesn’t come with my order. I ordered a strawberry Biscuit. They didn't have dark meat or spicy chicken. But offered chickbreasts. Not my favorite they tried to offer something. Shorted me a piece and should have made more chicken so I could get what I wanted. Disappointed but was hungry ?

6/18/23- Ordered a chicken bucket and fries. Store Manager- Rayna was FANTASTIC!!! She helped us get the "best deal" with coupons, etc. and her Professionalism, Friendliness were so wonderful! Thank you Rayna!*We have always had great service - with a "true" smile- when we pick up at Popeyes in Yorkville!!!
