Just had a fantastic lunch at the Subway on N Bridge St in Yorkville! The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and my custom veggie sandwich was exactly how I wanted it. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Jayshree who went above and beyond to answer my questions about the menu. The restaurant was clean and inviting, and the overall experience was just great. Plus, the price was definitely right! I'll definitely be back soon.

Everytime I try to use the buy one get one free advertised deal, the app shows this location is not participating. This place has gone down hill since new owners. Last time they messed up on my sandwich and the supervisor/owner whatever he is, Tom wouldn't take or return my phone calls. I really hate this Subway location. It's locations like these that ruin the Brand!

Came in for lunch today, and the restaurant was hotter than it was outside. Absolutely unacceptable to not have the air conditioning on. Especially when you have an open refrigerated chill line. This could bring all of your food into the temperature danger zone very easily and you can get someone sick.

It says Online and their hours posted on the doors closes at 10:00 pm. Why did I go at 8:45 last night and the doors were locked, people closing up the store? I've seen this before when I was eating inside. Around 8:00 pm the workers said to each other it was a "slow night" and decided to close up with people still in the store. Didn't seem like there was any manager there to make that decision and the employees just wanted to go home. Food is usually good and customer service is okay depending on who you get.
Today, I was unfortunate to buy my subs here. The two young gentleman who prepared my two sandwitches were very rude. One of my sandwich breads looked, and is burnt, I asked for a different loaf, and he told me you get what you paid for. When it came time for putting veggies on the sandwiches, I asked for some more lettuce on one of them, and he said no. Then, with the mayo, I asked for a little more Mayo on the first sandwich because he put very little on it, he chuckled and slid that one to the side. On the second, he drowned it it mayo to the point of the sandwich falling apart when I got home. At check out, I asked for some napkins to go, and he said, "what, you can't even afford your own napkins," and still didn't give me anything.I was having a pretty decent day till that point, and have never been treated in that manner there. I get that they might have been having an off day, but it is not right to treat a customer that way.
