It says Online and their hours posted on the doors closes at 10:00 pm. Why did I go at 8:45 last night and the doors were locked, people closing up the store? I've seen this before when I was eating inside. Around 8:00 pm the workers said to each other it was a "slow night" and decided to close up with people still in the store. Didn't seem like there was any manager there to make that decision and the employees just wanted to go home. Food is usually good and customer service...read full review
If you want some backwards treat for wearing your mask come here. The employees were not professional did not even hand me a cup. They did not follow the order of toasting my sandwich. They failed to cut my sandwich all the way in half. I can see why subway is failing. Service was not professional at all.

Just had a fantastic lunch at the Subway on N Bridge St in Yorkville! The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and my custom veggie sandwich was exactly how I wanted it. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Jayshree who went above and beyond to answer my questions about the menu. The restaurant was clean and inviting, and the overall experience was just great. Plus, the price was definitely right! I'll definitely be back soon.
