ordered 2 10 piece nuggets by themselves, got to the window and the kid in the window said my total was $5 something. Thought that was odd considering I ordered 2 10 pieces so I asked “that was for the 2 10 piece nuggets right?” And he agrees so I pay. Get home and it’s literally only 1 10 piece. On top of that the night crew is almost always rude and very minimal with their interactions, won’t even say have a good day/night half the time, they just shut the window in your face. Only reason I come here is because it’s one of the only places open when I get off of work.

Wendy's in Yorkville has to be the worst restaurant I've ever been too in my life. I used their App and tried to claim an offer and that's where the problem began. I asked employee who said her name is Lydia for help and she said no. I was supposed to get a free breakfast sandwich with purchase and was refused when I proved what the app said. She laughed in my face and I have never felt so disrespected as a customer as she made me feel. I definitely tried to call the store manager and there is no one available to correct her action. Sorry Wendy's, no more from me, no breakfast, lunch or dinner from me and you can kiss late-night visits goodbye also. I'm thru.

i come here almost every morning on my commute to work in downers grove. i always get the same thing (2 6 piece french toast sticks, medium coke, and a medium chocolate frosty for later). everyone is so nice and sweet, i always forget to ask the manager who greets me at the food window. i’ve never had an issue at this location, and look forward to seeing the lovely employees and get my breakfast. everyone here deserves a raise! thank you for making my mornings just by being who you all are ❤️?

Make my order incorrectly, Didn't give me my receipt with credit credit card purchase, when I went back and called the process to the mgr she gave me a additude. Extremely unprofessional.

I ordered food at the drive through,took a long time for 2 biggie bags which were prepared incorrectly. Also the man bringing the food to my car held the bag extra far so i had to reach extra far. I came back with the wrong sandwiches and they gave me another one that was wrong. Its cool playing games,must be the glasses that made me a target. Ill be sure to never go to that pig place again or ill get arrested. Prison is where the one gut belongs playing his racist set up games. Thank you Wendys!

The manager currently on shift today 10/15 @10am is very unprofessional. My child had a scheduled interview today. The manager was already yelling at staff and in a bad mood. The manager stated that she is not doing interviews today and come back Monday when another manager is there. This manager should have called the scheduled interviewees and canceled in advance. This shows me that this would not be a good place for my child to work especially under this type of leadership. Taking advantage of your authority is pitiful. If this manager did not want to work today she should have stayed home.
