Wife ordered rootbeer (with meal)and drank mine too. 5 minutes later she was throwing up a $10. Hamburger about ff and was very sick. I reported this to the manager and nothing was done about it! Avoid this restaurant at all cost! The root beer tasted like windex or ammonia chemicals! No telling what she drank!
Have ordered a concrete mixer in the drive through three times in a row, and all three times I have had to wait more than 15 minutes before going inside to find that they hadn't made it yet or were keeping it in their freezer. The staff is always personable, but I am so frustrated by the speed of service here. Equally frustrated by the manager saying "oh, I'm so sorry about that" and offering no recourse after I explained the situation. Might start going to a Culver's that's further...read full review

Decided to try the highly advertised Pub Burger. Got it home and was highly disappointed. No bacon, and a stale roll. Not the quality I am accustomed to from Culver's. Contacted the company, and have heard nothing, not even an apology. I have to say that in the 10+ years that I have been eating at Culver's the Zion IL store has the most problems with quality. I'll be taking my Culver's business to Pleasant Prairie, WI from now on.
