Went there today (on Christmas) and got rudely shuffled through the line. They kept interrupting me to try and guess my order. They also said they weren't serving food because they were "closing in 30 minutes". This happened yesterday too when I went (on Christmas Eve).I get working on the holidays suck, but I too am working on the holidays. That's why I was at Dunkin' Donuts in the first place. And my experience today was bad enough that I needed to run online and leave a review. It sucks we have to work during the holidays but we are being paid to do a job. Please improve.

Uh... it's a new Dunkin Donuts plus Baskin Robbins. The store was clean. The kids running the store are nice but none of the ice creams had labels on them.
This place is hardly ever stocked with things on menu and now all the good stuff that was on menu is gone sadly!! Also they have stale donuts they sell to customers!
I had ordered a pumpkin spice iced coffee, and they said that they do not have it in stock, even though I was able to order it through the app.

I've been to this place three times in the last three weeks. I have yet to get what I wanted to get because of something that was on the menu that they were out of or because they gave me items I didn't order. Good luck getting what you want if you go here. This is the only Dunkin Donuts that is close to the hospital I've had appointments at so I'll keep trying.One week later. Just to update the first review. I visited this place again. I ordered and got a donut and OJ. They actually had both items and got the order right. Fortunately I always remember to ask for napkins at this place because there weren't any in the bag. Not even a wax paper wrap for the donut. I hope whoever filled the order was at least wearing gloves. Four cars ahead of me in the drive thru and it was a 15 minute wait. Luckily I had an hour between doctor appointments so I wasn't in a hurry. We'll see what happens next week. I added one star because they got the order right and the donut was still a Dunkin donut and very good.

Both times I have been there my order has been wrong. Since I order thru the app and someone else picks it up, there isn’t much I can do. My order is very simple….cold brew, medium, 1 pump of sugar. How can you not get that right?
