I want to give a huge shout out to the hard working, respectful, kind hearted employees this is the third time in two weeks I've stopped to pick up dinner and the gentlemen their I have been so appreciative of their loyalty and appreciativeness of their customers including myself and my mom too including tonight. I could see they were short staffed I think it was 3 ppl but, they definitely kicked butt on getting orders out and correctly and with a positive attitude the girl taking orders was so nice she gave me a small Lemonade because when I finally got to the window as they were literally that busy my blood sugars went low and she said don't worry about and to drive safe I mean van do customer service b4 I could do fast food so I have respect for them ????? under appreciated job

This KFC has gone down hill in the last couple years , I do love KFC so I go back every once in a while and it is the same , my chicken is usually soggy not crispy , the coleslaw is barely cold and the biscuit has come half hard ? Reheated !!!!

Seems the only way to get Service is to utilize the drive thru. Short staff.
Ordered online, lobby is closed, so I had to go through the drive up while my food got cold on the counter.

So I ask for the meal. a leg, wing, and thigh. What do I get? A leg, wing, and breast. Cashier made a honest mistake. KFC has certainly lost its flavor, it's just not the same ad it was back in da day.

Don't bother with the online ordering.Lobby is closed and you have to go through the drive thru while your order is sitting there getting cold.

Oh boy, where do I even start with KFC? I mean, sure, it's finger-lickin' good, but I'm pretty sure my fingers are now permanently greasy and will never be clean again. The service is good as well when I asked for toilet paper the cashier was fast to hand me it.

They always mess up the order so make sure you check to make sure all is in your order. This place is a bunch of kids working so I try to be understanding but they mess up every time.
