I recently ordered from Lil Ceasars, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.The food took an unusually long time to arrive, approximately two hours, which was frustrating.When it finally did arrive, the pizzas were cold, indicating that they had been sitting for a while before being delivered.Additionally, it seemed that the food wasn't packaged properly, as it didn't retain its warmth during transit. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the food and the service provided by Lil Ceasars on this occasion.TL;DR: The door dash driver was absolutely amazing for waiting!

What's the point of having a drive-thru if you're never going to come to it when people are sitting outside waiting? Employees are rude and look like they just jumped off the couch from rolling a blunt right after sleeping crust all over their face dirty fingernails I could go on but I'm over it.

Our order was wrong and when I tried to call I found out they simply don't answer their phones. What we got tasted good, but we were overcharged and got items of a lesser value and we didn't get all the items we ordered.

I usually like this location when the other crew is working. I was there yesterday there was a crowd of people waiting for their order. I just wonder why they ask people who was there first ??♀️that’s how they get behind and people get skipped. It should be whoever it’s on their system and use the pizza portal to make thing run smooth. I unfortunately had to left without my pizza. Since they were too busy asking the crowd of people in front of me. They had pizzas in the pizza portal but no names displayed.

The pizza taste like rubber because it's overcooked, the young man that they have at the register is very rude and it is very disrespectful to women even though all he had to do was say sorry for the inconvenience but no he said I'm going to walk away before she pisses me off. And this is what we have working in our customer service it's just better to pay more for your pizza than to even deal with them.

When I arrived there was nobody there to attend us via drive-through. After waiting a few minutes I got the attention of an employee and told them I was there to pick up my order. She then began to prepare my order.Shortly after, the manager came out and told me they did not have an item that I ordered and they offered me another item in exchange. I was a bit confused initially and asked for her to explain to me how the exchange would work and she immediately began to respond in a very rude and disrespectful manner.There is absolutely no reason for someone to talk down to a customer when the customer is being nice and non confrontational. This Little Caesars location needs to re-train their management on how to deal with customers because they clearly do not possess the basic human ability to speak to someone without being argumentative.I would not recommend supporting this location until they do something about the overwhelming amount of negative reviews they receive. There are dozens of great locally owned pizza places in the Zion / Lake County area. Support them instead.
