“I used to love the Albany locations pizza. in fact it was one of the best around however times must be changing. The quality just keeps getting worse and worse. I literally took my delivered pizza back to ask the manager if this is the quality you get for a $35 pizza... she looked at me and asked what was wrong with it?!! when your slogan is to the edge I suspect maybe it should be to the edge. there was barely any cheese on it. It was drier than the Sahara desert.. I've seen most frozen pizzas look better. the manager continued to try to get me to explain what was wrong with it. I just said that if you can't see what is wrong with this then that answers everything. I took my crap pizza and left and said I'm not here to teach you how to make a pizza. obviously this management doesn't have the same standards the pizza king franchise usually has! I will say that the manager did offer to remake it however took no ownership in the quality... The bottom line is this, I'm Over, getting over charged for sub par quality. if you are going to charge me for quality the. give me quality...”

“The food was good, it was very busy. We got a table quickly but had to wait over an hour for our food to come out. Not a lot of options for a vegetarian. I ordered a side salad, brussel sprouts and sweet potato casserole that was cold unfortunately. Great place for my carnivore husband.”

I called several times and when I did get someone to answer I was placed on hold for another 6 minutes before I hung up! DO BETTER SALSA'S”

“Came from Marion and it was so worth it! We ordered carry out but would have loved to stay and dine in. we were greeted as we came in the door and they made us feel right at home. We ordered multiple dishes to try. The portion sizes are large and everything was DELICIOUS. our family especially liked the beef stew with fufu and the plantain meat pie. we will definitely be back!”

“Pizza King is a MUST-GO if you're in the Muncie area! The pizza is made fresh and tastes amazing, as well as the bread sticks which are the best out of any pizza place(I recommend the 3/4 cooked ones, they're the perfect amount of chewy). Our server Christy was the cherry on top, she was very friendly and knowledgeable as well as attentive with our table and always there if we needed something or had a question. She set the mood and made it one of the best Pizza King experiences I've ever had. Unfortunately I couldn't leave a rating above 5 stars, but I hope to be back again soon because you know, It's an Indiana Thing!”

“I ordered a taco salad and it came in a large taco shell. I like it in more of a pie shell so I was disappointed. Other than that it was good. The service was fun and pleasant. Everyone was very accommodating. I would go again but not order the taco salad.”

“Cost 40 for a 16 inch Greeks special pizza, delicious by the way and no shortage of ingredients. The chef salad was fresh and stuffed full of all the best ingredients. My only complaint was that instead of the ranch dressing I ordered I got an outdated blue cheese.”

“On Valentines Day we went here, made an online reservation. Upon arrival the hostess was a bit snippy and didn't see us having a reservation so we had to go on the list like we hadn't already been on there. After finally being seated in a booth in the bar area we had an awesome waiter, the 2nd best steak and overall food, (2nd only to Sante Fe Steakhouse in Nashville, TN), and a huge piece of cheesecake(about 3 normal pieces) for dessert. The staff seemed to genuinely enjoy what they do and worked as a team. I LOVE that I wasn’t forced to use one of the electronic things on the table. If they are this great when they are this busy, imagine when they have just a normal day!

“I've eaten here twice and both times service was sooooo slow.... Such a great atmosphere and food tasted decent I'm so tired of current world business practices like this where clearly this joint makes money but it's a revolving door of employees because some greedy owner refuses to pay their employees properly. Poor kitchen manager is being made to do everything and I'd bet she is not paid well either for her dedication. Gross . They had 2 dine in orders and 2 called in, so I asked her why service is slow last time, 4 orders total .. 4... And the manager was flustered trying to do it all.. 4 is a slow day at good joints who figured out paying people properly is how you keep good employees. Won't be back, I cant support this kind of greedy, short sighted business practice . Shame”

“The one on E. 12th is always good. But I will never go to the Pizza King 18th and Macedonia. I found two HAIRS in my ham and cheese sub. None of the employees had hair net on. I almost went back in pizza king but I knew I was to pissed off. My friend didn't even eat her food. Employee had long dark hair in ponytail.”

Living on the other side of the country, I was struggling to find a local baker in Muncie that could hand-make a traditional Pineapple Upside Down Cake and deliver it directly on her birthday. Jason and Nicole were thrilled to help and allowed me to place custom order over the phone. They normally don't deliver small orders like this, but they offered it to me for a small special fee given I live out of state. I was blown away by their graciousness! The top notch quality of customer service they provided is not something you find very often! THANK YOU for the exceptional service and rapid communication to make this happen. Highly recommend this shop for custom cake orders of any size!”
