This isn’t the only instance where they have been out of something. My husband went to go get my order that I placed on the app and when he got there they didn’t have avocado. I didn’t receive a call or anything. The past few times they have been out of bread or some other topping. They never reach out until the order is placed. It’s a waste of our time when we have to drive 15 minutes to go get food that wasn’t even made. Not sure what’s been going on but I won’t be ordering from there anymore until they get it figured out.

There is accumulated grime on the floor where booth seat bases meet the floor or walls meet the floor. Underneath the cabinets where dishes, silverware are placed also has accumulated grime and debris. Some vinyl covered booth seats are torn. Some seats need more padding. There is no handicap space or ramped sidewalk for wheel chairs within 50 feet of an entry door. The door that is near a handicap space is exit only. When I see this in the customer serving area, I assume cleaning of food preparation areas is also less than satisfactory.Wheelchair accessibility: Refer to prior comments

I called just now at 1:45 to explain that my order was subpar. That I didn’t receive any sides I ordered or the correct ingredients & no baguettes that always come with the meal. The chicken noodle soup I ordered has maybe 4 noodles and the rest is broth. When I called them, the manager got on the phone refused to give her name & only cared that she wasn’t on the clock and kept reminding me. She told me that I was being hateful and yelling, which I was neither. But asked them if they could offer for the items to be picked up. She then proceeded to tell me she was not on the clock yet again, which honestly is not my concern. When I explained my frustration to her she then hung up on me. How awful of a place to treat people such way and not care at all of their customer service or services provided in general, let alone the quality of their store or food them provide.

This is by far the filthiest Paneras I have ever been to. I now drive to Muncie if I want to eat at a PB. It's like the manager gave up. She is also very grumpy and really needs to retire. Bathrooms are disgusting. Floor always strewn with food and trash and each of the booths have food and crumbs all over. Even the tables look like they've been washed with dirty water. Sad. Whoever is the regional manager is really dropping the ball. This store alone is killing the reputation of PB in the area.

What a disappointment. I ordered a Pick 2 with 1/2 Asian Sesame salad from the store on Mercantile in Noblesville. The container wasn't even 1/2 full. I paid $7 for less than a handful of lettuce
The food was great. It seems like every time I go to this Panera it is dirty. The floors have food crumbles on them. Its gross whenever you sit down your feet crunch on stuff underneath the table .

It's not really worth getting into, but the service here is certainly not on par with many of the Panera Bread locations that I have gone to. I also noticed that the name tag of someone there that has a permanent scowl on their face, is also the name that's on the glass door that you enter.

Too bad that they don't make regular roast coffee after 2 pm. By 3 or 4 pm, the sweet selections are slim, and you can tell they have been there all day.
