The food is very good across the board, the only issue is that the employee quality, and therefore the service quality, has been going down for months on end. To the point where it's easier to use the kiosks they recently installed to order your food than to actually interact with humans. They need to get some better employees who actually give a darn about providing good service if they want to keep getting people's money. Come for the food, don't stay for the poor service quality.

The last 2 times I've been there, they forgot to put 1 item in the bag (each time) while going through the drive-thru. Plus, I had to ask for the receipt. First time I didn't realize the item wasn't in the bag until I got home. The second time, I made it out of their parking lot when my passenger noticed the item missing. So I went back they double the size of order.

Went to get a breakfast sandwich. The same people have worked there for a long time at the drive in windows did a great job and were friendly as they always have been and they gave me my ice water unlike Mc Donald's next to them who gave me 1 sandwich instead of the 2, Then failed to give me my Ice water after I waited 10 min in one of there parking spots at night!!
