The food is very good across the board, the only issue is that the employee quality, and therefore the service quality, has been going down for months on end. To the point where it's easier to use the kiosks they recently installed to order your food than to actually interact with humans. They need to get some better employees who actually give a darn about providing good service if they want to keep getting people's money. Come for the food, don't stay for the poor service quality.

The last 2 times I've been there, they forgot to put 1 item in the bag (each time) while going through the drive-thru. Plus, I had to ask for the receipt. First time I didn't realize the item wasn't in the bag until I got home. The second time, I made it out of their parking lot when my passenger noticed the item missing. So I went back they double the size of order.

They forgot my hash brown gave me a sandwich. I didn't pay for the sausage biscuit. I can't stand sausage. Forgot one of my sandwiches when I pulled back around. They gave me the sandwich they forgot and gave me $5 in the bag and said here's a free meal...Went to eat my sandwiches, they were hard and tasted really old. Bacon didn't even look to cook. They said their reward system was down. So i went in manually to my phone with the receipt for the code to put in it was ripped off couldn't even enter it in. Over all I don't remember this place food was horrible and old and they will forget your food and charge you for food you didn't order. Just to throw money in a bag an hand it to you

Had to wait 10 mins in the drive-thru and didn't even get my entire order, only got 2 burgers and was rushed out of the line. Waste of money and time, wont be eating here
Disgusted, this morning ordered breakfast. Was very pleased with my hash browns and iced coffee although when I opened the wrapper of my breakfast croissant a LONG black hair was wrapped around my sandwich. Please do better!

Went to get a breakfast sandwich. The same people have worked there for a long time at the drive in windows did a great job and were friendly as they always have been and they gave me my ice water unlike Mc Donald's next to them who gave me 1 sandwich instead of the 2, Then failed to give me my Ice water after I waited 10 min in one of there parking spots at night!!
