“I’ve been going here for years and i’ve never had a complaint for the brown house. staff is always great and food is always fresh. I understand every other fast food is doing the tip thing now, it’s nice to get tips. But i feel peer pressured to tip when you go from handing me a device and asking versus a teenager looking me in the face and asking me if i’d like to tip today. It’s not that i don’t have the money and or appreciate the service. It’s that many people like me have high anxiety and won’t be able to say no to that. I did end up tipping, that i did not want to do. I feel like the device is a much better option to ask for a tip.“
“I was expecting company that did not arrive until much later. So I ended up dining alone. A couple that walked in just before me and myself and it waiting several minutes before somebody came and addressed us about being seated. They seem to be very understaffed. However, after being seated and waiting quite a while for the waitress, I was dealt with in a timely and courteous fashion. The food was good and was as expected. Some sort of music was playing though I did not recognize the genre. A group of individuals, a pseudo bike gang, was being served on the far sideof the bar. Nobody was rowdy just the staff seem to be over occupied with their service. The young lady that waited on me was very nice and took care of me.“
“No restroom, and some of the staff seemed clueless, I ordered onion rings, but got fries, when I asked about it, the young girl just got a blank look on her face and showed me where it said fries on the receipt, she never offered to make it right.This is terrible customer service!“
“I absolutely love McDonald’s New Haven Indiana Location. The staff is so nice to not only me but my 10yr old. My daughter always says “thank you” when we’re in the drive thru and as busy as the staff is at all times, they always manage to make sure to extend the courtesy to her and say “you’re welcome” when it would be just as easy to blow her off and continue on with their duties. By them, extending this appreciation, it shows my daughter that manners do matter, which means a lot to me as a mother. The food is great. They rarely get it wrong which is nice. I always request my frappe in a large soda cup with a flat top which is an inconvenience to them 100% but they get that right 99% of the time I request it. Overall their Generosity towards their customers is just outstanding highly recommend.“
“Only had two vehicles in front of me but was able to order quickly and maybe 5-6 minute wait time. Food was all hot and delicious, especially the fries (who doesn’t love fresh, hot fries that aren't doused in salt). Service was very quick and friendly. I'm back in the area, I'll be back.“

“We were looking for somewhere to eat on the way home from the eclipse. A friend found BFM on Google, so we decided to stop. When we first pulled into the parking lot, we were not sure we were in the right place. It looks more like a polebarn than a restaurant. But we went in and were greeted by the owner. The burgers were great. I would stop by again if I was ever in the area.“
“I was visiting from out of town Monday evening after Dave's Burgers was recommended by local friends who love this place! The food was absolutely delicious! My only concern was a young man, high school age with brown hair and glasses at the counter who was making fun of another customer who had a stutter. Very inappropriate and sad to see.“
“One of the best small town eateries I have visited. My wife and I went here one day on a whim and we have been going back every few weeks since. The prices are reasonable, the portions are bigger than average, and I have enjoyed everything I've tried. It's no Michelin star fancy restaurant but for the price it can not be beaten.“
“This Culver’s has THE BEST manager. We stopped by to treat our sports team to ice cream and he made our visit fast and efficient. The staff even took the time to ask our athletes questions and congratulate them on their success. I know it’s just fast food but thank you for the great experience!“
