The dude-man on the intercom took it in stride and still has a professional yet fun attitude about it. All good, so I ordered my go to bev: "grande dirty chai" - I was about to pay with cash and the young window guy informed me they just dropped the cash and did not have change - I was about to pay with card and he's like "naw sir, we got you - drive safe."Just remember Starbucks - it's not the drinks we come for - it's the people that provide the service.
