“So today I stopped in for my first meal and it was excellent. I ordered the meat loaf with a salad, rice,and collard greens. Whomever runs the kitchen really knows what they are doing. The young lady who took my order was very kind and friendly. The entire place was very clean, including the restroom, which is always a plus. I will be a frequent flier here.”

“We are visiting from Alabama while my husband is working here. We had 2 iced lattes today & enjoyed them very much! The quality was top notch and flavor was perfect. Very cute coffee shop!”

“This place is off the beaten path in a small town with a nice way of life. The atmosphere here is really nice, the staff is friendly and is a really great steakhouse.

Winners for me were the steak flight, shrimp and grits and the lemon ricotta doughnuts.

“I want to give praise to a woman that I regret not catching her name. She was working at the Aurora Subway August 1st 2024 at night. I do remember she had a red and black checkered bandana on. I don't know if she was a manager or what but she was hands down a beautiful soul. I went there with my husband and our youngest son and she was just amazing. She didn't make our food but she was so kind. My youngest son is six and he is autistic among other disabilities. He doesn't have many boundaries but he is non verbal and he doesn't like too many people. He definitely can't stand to be touched but somehow she was conversing with him and he was laughing and smiling and he even gave her a high five. This absolutely shocked both myself and my husband that he actually gave her a high five because she had no way of knowing he don't like to be touched. By the time we left he was so happy and it warmed our hearts so much. We have been many places were people are rude and not very kind to those with disabilities but she showed us that there are still really good people in this world. There were also two other young ladies there that took the time to make sure our order was perfect. I want to thank those other two ladies as well because they went above and beyond to take care of us. All in all we had a really good experience here and we will definitely be back. I wish there were more people in the world like them. It goes to show they may be hard to find but they are out there. Whoever manages this subway should be proud to have such a great crew. I just had to share this. Kudos and props to all of you tonight. Keep up that good hard work and thank you all so much for everything!”

Parking: Plenty of space to park anywhere!

Kid-friendliness: There is a picnic table or two around the back with a little gazebo type thing above it. Kids can sit there and eat with their parents.”

“This is a great little Ice cream shop. Clean, good price’s and service was great! I can’t remember the lady’s name but she was very kind and took the time to talk to us and made sure the kids got what they wanted. The back patio will be a nice place to sit and let the kids hang out in the summer too”

“This is a cozy little place to eat friendly employees but for bikers there no shade to park bike and no out side trash can we had to get back off bike just to run back in to throw drink away.”

“It's Taco Bell...you already know what you're getting. The prices are outrageous anymore. I got 5 packets of fire sauce for 2 crunchwrap supremes and 5 tacos. I didn't realize that fire sauce had become gold. Otherwise, food and service were great! The food was hot and came out fast!.”

“This is some of the best coffee I’ve ever had! I drink coffee all over the world and this is the best tasting coffee I’ve found anywhere in the US. I mean it! We just so happened to be in Lawrenceburg for a ski weekend and found this gem. We took the espresso toast home with us and have brewed it all week. It’s absolutely perfection!”

“If your from Rising Sun Indiana, odds are that you have been eating at Jack's since birth. I've been eating there for over 50 years, yes, it has changed hands several times but there's one constant and that's the food. Hours are limited so eat there when you can.Jacks was poppin' when I was there at 9am on Tuesday 5/14/24. We were a 8 top of seasoned Jack's Place Professionals lol. The whole restaurant was packed with regulars. I just couldn't say no to the Big Jack Platter.A double beef patty burger still served on that three piece sesame bun. Fryer oil had just been changes, fries were hot and very fresh. Let's talk Cole slaw lol. It just wasn't right and the owner called herself on it. I was asked and I told the truth, more Mayo. There was no way they were letting me out the door until the Cole slaw got my approval, and it did. I live 1,000 miles away now, whenever I come to the Cincinnati area, Jack's Place is a must. I've always been a customer, at one time I cooked there in the early 90's. Just remember the hours. Closed Wednesdays and Sundays. 9-2, til 6 on Fridays. Its that easy. Tell them Joel sent ya lol.”
