The staff terrible.. you have to order off a tablet, I couldn't figure it out and a black women that worked their said loudly in the kitchen, those people haven't been to a steak n shake in 10 years apparently... Needless to say we left and didn't support this store..

I went through the drive thru to place an order. I mistakenly asked for a number 4. When she asked what I wanted to drink, I replied that I didn’t want a drink. She responded in the nastiest & most aggressive tone, “Well then you don’t want a number 4!” Her attitude was completely uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. I left without ordering at all. I started to call to speak with a manager but I heard that she is the manager. My son has had several similar experiences with the same lady because he used to frequent that restaurant when he worked nearby. Needless to say, I love Steak & Shake but I won’t be spending my money there again. It’s a shame when you have people working for you that sabotage your business. Do better!

I haven't eaten at this location in years due to the quality. My family and I stopped in for dinner and all of the food was better then I've ever had at a Steak n Shake. Shout out to James Lawson and the crew back there, everything was amazing. So amazing, I literally asked the cook for his name because I'm not coming here unless he's working.

This place has really gone down hill! The fountain drinks machine is broken but no one tells you before you order and pay at the kiosk! The workers are in their own world so it's nearly impossible to get them to acknowledge you! The soap dispenser is broken in the women's restroom and the toilet seats are old and disgusting. The store is just unkempt and needs a make over. The onion rings tasted like old oil. Oh, and the drive thru was blocked by their delivery truck for 2 hours so you had to come in to order or do in the app.

This is plain GREASE. When I pick this up it is DRIPPING with grease just from the bread alone.This should not be coming through under two napkins down to a wood table.Please close your doors. It’s time.
