Don't order through the app if you like to make customizations to your sandwich. I like getting the breakfast sandwiches, but the default option is on a flatbread. Every time I have asked them to put it on Italian bread instead. Nobody actually reads the receipt, which says right on there as the first customization to please use Italian bread. The first time, I caught the guy telling the kid who made the sandwich to pay attention to the receipt; the second time, that guy wasn't there so I got a flatbread; the third time I took it back to the counter to have it remade. But hey, this is a great hack to get a free sandwich!

I oder from this place a lot but this time i wanted to walk in cause its more cheaper just to go get it myself as soon as I walk in and start ordering this female walks out with saying smart remarks like "oh I want to say something but not going to say it out loud" very rude the guy was nice but he give me off vibes too

Very surprised by some of the reviews. I go here on a regular basis and the service has always been great. And everyone is always friendly. I drive a little further than my nearest location because they are so friendly. Store is always clean and the bread is always fresh. The young lady who served me today around 3:15p was terrific. Thank you!

Pretty good subs. Today I had a meatball sub. The bread was so fresh.
New menu items were tried with helpful staff guidance. Turkey Cali was very good.

I get lunch here quite often. Never had any isues until today, 8-02-21 around 1 pm. There was a female and male working. The male was very nice...even heard him asking a little girl if she wanted a cookie...but the female was obviously irate about something. I asked her if she was okay. (I wanted her to realize her customer service was a 0 at this point.) She answered yes and kept up with the attitude. Gave out a big sigh every time the door opened with more customers. Not sure what her issue was at this point but she did not want to be serving customers and it showed. She should not be dealing with the public if you want this location to succeed.

I am done with this Subway. It seems that the last few times my husband and I have ate t this store, we have had an issue. Tonight, I stopped and picked up a couple of sandwiches for dinner, and when I walked in and saw them being made, I immediately could tell it was going to be a mess and fall apart when I started to eat mine. When I pointed it out to the girl who seemed to be in charge, she very passively said "I disagree" with the most fake smile I have ever received in food service. She proceeded to toast and make my sandwich while I watched (like we all do), and I could tell it was going to be bad. Once she completed putting it together, she had to push so hard to keep the veggies in (I only get spinach and tomato, not a pile on kind of gal) on the sandwich that it was flattened out. This is what it looked like when I got home and was trying to eat it. The sandwich is literally tearing apart, and when I tried to eat it, it did fall apart and was a total mess.
