“We purposely seek out zaxbys when there is one in the area we are visiting. Not only was the food phenomenal (as usual) but the staff was very patient with us and super sweet and helpful! We came in 10 mins before they closed the lobby, to get to go food, they gave us no sass or attitude for being so close to the doors lock time. They gladly helped us and sent us away with a thank you and a smile.“

“I ordered a dinner combo. The chicken fingers were hot and crunchy. The coleslaw was creamy and the fries were crispy. My favorite. The wait time at the drive thru was nominal and the cashier was friendly. I will gladly order this one again.“
“We went to get the special that was the lobster tail and sirloin steak. Our server, Bill, was extremely knowledgeable in helping us decide what we wanted to order. We never had an empty glass at the table, and he was very pleasant to talk to. I wish more restaurants had servers like that!“

“Great chicken salad! I always get the Fancy Nancy chicken salad, and because it's so delicious, I haven't tried any of the other chicken salad options they offer. It's always clean inside, friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere.“
