I ordered the bourbon glazed salmon, and it was absolutely divine. The glaze didn't take away from the delicate flavor of the salmon, the grill marks added a pleasant smoky surprise. For a sid I got a baked potato, inside was all musy and just the perfect texture.

Recently renovated interior, dining room has large windows looking into the wine brewing room, beautiful scenery around the restaurant, free wine tasting and they have 18 different wines many of which are made from grapes grown right there on the property. There were no vegetarian main dish options on the menu, but the server spoke with the cook and made a fantastic pasta for me.

What a great find in this small town. Ertel Cellars is not only beautiful but also great quality food and wine. We got a table right by the windows where you can see into their production. Very cool! I enjoyed the Cabernet Sauvignon. My glass was full all the way to the top. We started with a cheese plate. Which was overwhelming in size, but underwhelming in quality unfortunately. It was your normal grocery store cheese cubes and crackers. But we certainly got our moneys worth in cheese. My husband got the grouper which he very much enjoyed. I wanted something light, because I was full of cheese (ha-ha). I got the burger with a side of potato soup. I was happy with my meal. We would like to come back in warmer weather and enjoy some drinks outside!

Every dish we had was BLAND! For the price of around $26 a plate we expected some flavor. The chicken marsala...bland, balsamic grilled chicken...bland, the chicken and shrimp pasta...bland, the green beans we not only bland but stringy! It's sad when you pay that much money and you could go to Taco Bell and pay a fraction of that and actually get food that tastes good. We wont be going back.

We have been going to Ertels for a long time. The service and food have been very good in the past. The last few times we have been there the service and food have not been very good. Our sandwiches were very low quality not worth the price. Will not recommend to people any longer.

Food was delicious. Service was excellent. I did not pay for my meal (it was a company function) but the pricing on the menu seemed very fair for the portion size and the quality. I would definitely consider this for an anniversary dinner/lunch or any fine dining occasion. I don't partake in alcohol but my wife loves the blueberry wine.

This place should be supported by the locals. They have a gem of a winery right in their neighborhood that offers great food and service. Highly recommended.
Had Thanksgiving dinner here, it was extremely sub par for the restaurant!! I have eaten hereany time and always excellent, however, the Thanksgiving giving diner was terrible to say the least. Stuffing was dry and looked like stop top box stuffing no gravy to help it out, prime rib was thin and over half was fat, mashed potatoes was dry. I was so disappointed that it will be a while before I will return. I hate to review it this way but it was terrible.

Food and environment are good. No more Sunday brunch available now. Enjoy their own wine here. I guess portion is smaller due to inflation like anyone else. The service is great.

I called at 2 pm for reservations. I left a message for Brian ext. 102 as I was told to do. Since I did this I figured the reservation was made. We drove an hour and a half. When we arrived we were told we had no reservation and we don't look at the messages downstairs. They did try to sit us out on the porch "maybe" but we weren't dressed to sit outside with no heat. They didn't allow us to get appetizers to take to the tent. The hostess was not even sure if there was food at the tent. So I have nothing good to say about this establishment.
