I don’t normally write reviews, but this place was top notch! I love fired roasted pizza and this place knocked it out of the park with the dough and sauce. The crust was crunchy and soft and had fantastic flavor all the way around. It’s hard to find a place that puts this much time, energy, and heart into their creations. Open Mondays!! Which seems to be the WORST kept secret in Bloomington. Despite being jam-packed, service was swift and attentive.But the food is the star of this show.? Hot tip: go with a friend/lover and share a pizza and a creamy pesto dish. Dip the pizza crust into the pesto sauce. Also, if you are waiting for a table, go ahead and order a beer or glass of wine from the host stand.Vegetarian options: Lots of pizza and pasta options
